南方水庫淺水區(qū)底泥營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)釋放規(guī)律及其與藻類生長關系研究

【摘要】:水庫是現(xiàn)代城市重要的飲用水水源之一,水庫水質(zhì)的好壞對飲用水安全和水生生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展起著重要的作用。底泥是湖庫等水體底部長年累積的物質(zhì),底泥中的污染物質(zhì)釋放對上覆水體有著直接的影響。本論文以南方三個典型供水水庫為研究對象,調(diào)查三個水庫的水質(zhì)和底泥污染現(xiàn)狀;在實驗室中單一變化條件下研究底泥營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)釋放規(guī)律;選擇水庫淺水區(qū)底泥和原水開展圍隔試驗,研究水庫底泥營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)在自然條件下的釋放規(guī)律及其與藻類的生長關系,為水庫水質(zhì)和藻類的治理與防護提供理論依據(jù)。通過調(diào)查3個水庫的水質(zhì)和底泥的污染現(xiàn)狀后發(fā)現(xiàn):3個水庫水質(zhì)總體較好,但總氮含量超標均屬于Ⅳ類水體標準。內(nèi)源磷是3個水庫藻類爆發(fā)的誘發(fā)因素;A水庫底泥污染最為嚴重,B水庫底泥其次,C水庫底泥污染最輕。通過控制單一環(huán)境因素的變化研究底泥總氮和總磷的釋放規(guī)律發(fā)現(xiàn):溫度提高可以促進水庫底泥總氮和總磷的釋放;厭氧條件可以促進底泥總氮和總磷的釋放,溶解氧過高對總氮和總磷的釋放有抑制作用;底泥總氮和總磷的釋放量隨著pH的變化而變化,呈拋物線關系;增加光照強度可以促進底泥總磷的釋放,但是光照對底泥總氮的釋放影響不大。采用圍隔試驗,通過對自然條件下的水庫淺水區(qū)底泥及上覆水體的模擬,研究了水庫淺水區(qū)底泥營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的釋放規(guī)律及其與藻類生長的關系。結果表明水庫淺水區(qū)底泥營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)在第10天開始釋放,第17天出現(xiàn)峰值,底泥營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的釋放會加速藻類的生長;相同底泥而原始上覆水水質(zhì)條件不同,低濃度的原始上覆水可以加速底泥營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的釋放,同時藻類出現(xiàn)峰值的時間久于高濃度的上覆水;雨季的到來可以加速底泥P的釋放,進而加速藻類的暴發(fā),特別是綠藻暴發(fā);藻類暴發(fā)前期,pH和溶解氧均會出現(xiàn)升高并達到峰值。
[Abstract]:Reservoir is one of the important drinking water sources in modern cities. The quality of reservoir water plays an important role in the safety of drinking water and the development of aquatic ecosystem. Sediment is the material accumulated at the bottom of lake and reservoir for a long time. The release of pollutants from sediment has a direct effect on the overlying water. In this paper, three typical water supply reservoirs in the south of China were studied to investigate the present situation of water quality and sediment pollution in the three reservoirs, and to study the rule of sediment nutrient release under the condition of single change in laboratory. In order to provide theoretical basis for reservoir water quality and algae control and protection, the sediment and raw water in shallow water area of reservoir were selected to carry out containment test to study the regularity of nutrient release of reservoir sediment under natural conditions and the relationship between nutrient release and algae growth. After investigating the water quality of three reservoirs and the present situation of sediment pollution, it is found that the water quality of the three reservoirs is good in general, but the total nitrogen content exceeds the standard of class 鈪,
