【摘要】：改革開放以來,工業(yè)部門在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中一直處于引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的地位。目前,我國總體上已進(jìn)入工業(yè)化后期初始階段。在這一關(guān)口,剖析既有的工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對生態(tài)環(huán)境的嚴(yán)重污染,有必要大力進(jìn)行工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的生態(tài)化調(diào)整。應(yīng)以實現(xiàn)工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的高質(zhì)量、高效益和可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目的,從微觀和宏觀視角探索生態(tài)化調(diào)整的路徑,既要在工業(yè)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行全方位的節(jié)能環(huán)保技術(shù)革命,加大對工業(yè)污染源存量和增量的防治又要在工業(yè)外部,通過助推第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的繼續(xù)發(fā)展,加快二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)的深度融合,推進(jìn)工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的生態(tài)化調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the industrial sector has been in the leading position in the national economic system of our country. At present, our country has entered the initial stage of the late industrialization. At this juncture, it is necessary to analyze the serious pollution of the existing industrial structure to the ecological environment, and to make great efforts to make the ecological adjustment of the industrial structure. The aim of high quality, high benefit and sustainable development is to explore the path of ecological adjustment from the micro and macro perspective, not only to carry out all azimuth energy conservation and environmental protection technological revolution in the industry, but also to increase the prevention and control of the stock and increment of the industrial pollution source in the industry, and to accelerate the development of the third industry and accelerate the two, three. Deep integration of industries and promoting ecological adjustment of industrial structure.
