吸附-絮凝法處理亞甲基藍模擬廢水研究

【摘要】:采用吸附-絮凝法處理亞甲基藍模擬廢水,以稻殼為吸附劑,優(yōu)化了吸附的最佳條件,篩選了絮凝劑,并探討了吸附-絮凝法處理亞甲基藍模擬廢水時,NX-A7陰離子絮凝劑加入時間對亞甲基藍去除效果的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:稻殼用量為0.8 g,亞甲基藍模擬廢水濃度為100 mg/L,反應溫度25℃,振蕩速度為200 r/min條件下,吸附處理100 min時加入NX-A7陰離子絮凝劑,繼續(xù)處理20min,亞甲基藍去除率可達94.7%。用吸附-絮凝法處理高濃度亞甲基藍模擬廢水時,亞甲基藍去除率大于單吸附和單絮凝之和,可以達到"1+12"的效果。
[Abstract]:The methylene blue simulated wastewater was treated by adsorption-flocculation method. The optimum conditions of adsorption were optimized with rice husk as adsorbent, and the flocculant was screened. The effect of the addition time of NX-A7 anion flocculant on the removal of methylene blue was also discussed in the treatment of methylene blue simulated wastewater by adsorption-flocculation method.
