氮封技術(shù)和催化氧化技術(shù)處理廢氣的工藝設(shè)計

【摘要】:我國作為全球化學(xué)原料藥的生產(chǎn)、出口大國,全國各地遍布醫(yī)藥企業(yè)呈現(xiàn)小規(guī)模、多數(shù)量、多產(chǎn)品重復(fù)、低技術(shù)含量、低新藥研發(fā)能力及低經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等趨勢,醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程,產(chǎn)生有機溶劑廢氣,廢氣種類較多、廢氣量較大。同時醫(yī)藥企業(yè)通常采用間歇性生產(chǎn),產(chǎn)品的種類、規(guī)格變化較大,造成了廢氣的排放方式和濃度也差異較大。醫(yī)藥廢氣的特征使得廢氣處理工藝復(fù)雜,處理成本升高,去除效率低,因此找到一套低成本高效的組合處理工藝是本論文的關(guān)鍵問題也是主要研究的內(nèi)容之一。本文選用氮封技術(shù)、催化氧化技術(shù)作為主體工藝,對醫(yī)藥廢氣處理工藝、運行成本進(jìn)行分析研究。通過對醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)廢氣的實際處理運行結(jié)果表明,有機廢氣的去除率達(dá)到了98%以上,廢氣達(dá)標(biāo)排放,達(dá)到環(huán)境保護(hù)的目的。并且該工藝具有占地面積小、運行穩(wěn)定、操作方便、自動化程度高等優(yōu)點,尤其適合醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:As the world's largest producer and exporter of chemical raw materials, China has shown a trend of small-scale, multi-quantity, multi-product duplication, low technological content, low R & D capability and low economic benefits of pharmaceutical enterprises throughout the country. In the production process of pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises, organic solvent waste gas is produced. At the same time, pharmaceutical enterprises usually use intermittent production, product types and specifications vary greatly, resulting in a large difference in exhaust gas emission patterns and concentrations. The characteristics of medical waste gas make the waste gas treatment process complex, the treatment cost is higher, and the removal efficiency is low. Therefore, finding a set of low-cost and efficient combination treatment process is the key problem of this paper and one of the main research contents. In this paper, nitrogen sealing technology and catalytic oxidation technology are selected as the main process to analyze and study the medical waste gas treatment process and operation cost. The results of practical treatment of waste gas in pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises show that the removal rate of organic waste gas is over 98%, the exhaust gas is up to standard and the purpose of environmental protection is achieved. The process has the advantages of small area, stable operation, convenient operation and high automation, especially suitable for pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises.
