電袋復(fù)合除塵器的臭氧產(chǎn)生和分布研究

【摘要】:目前環(huán)境問題已日益凸顯,污染也日益加劇,灰霾天氣及PM2.5污染己越來越引起人們的廣泛關(guān)注。而調(diào)查產(chǎn)生灰霾天氣的追因,電廠燃煤鍋爐的排放現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為我國大氣污染物的主要來源。論文通過自主研發(fā)和搭建成功了電袋復(fù)合式實驗系統(tǒng),由五個部分組成,分別包括粉塵發(fā)生部分、電除塵部分、電源控制部分、分析采樣部分和恒流量控制部分,用來模擬經(jīng)過SCR脫硝后的靜電除塵單元。分析采樣部分主要由傅里葉紅外煙氣分析儀dx4000、thermo 49i臭氧儀組成。電袋復(fù)合式實驗系統(tǒng)的預(yù)荷電區(qū)和電場區(qū)采用直流高壓電源,實驗系統(tǒng)地研究二次電壓、氣體流速等因素對臭氧濃度的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,模擬電袋復(fù)合除塵器電場區(qū)內(nèi)臭氧濃度,最高不超過1 ppm,預(yù)荷電產(chǎn)生臭氧濃度為1.4-1.5 ppm。遠離高壓電暈極時,臭氧濃度分布在橫向和縱向衰減趨勢明顯,橫向衰減比為10.8%,縱向衰減比為36.6%。電場中臭氧濃度隨著電壓升高而增加,隨著風(fēng)速的升高而減小。放電特性芒刺電極要好于魚骨電極。電極數(shù)目增多,臭氧濃度隨之增加。電極間距由寬向窄運動時,電流會增強,臭氧濃度升高。板間距由窄向?qū)掃\動時,臭氧濃度降低。在低比電阻下,低濃度下,粉塵對臭氧濃度影響很小。且在一年的使用過程中,高壓電場產(chǎn)生的臭氧對聚苯硫醚濾料使用無影響。開展電袋復(fù)合除塵器的臭氧產(chǎn)生和分布的研究,有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景和重要的科學(xué)價值。
[Abstract]:At present, environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, pollution is also increasing, haze weather and PM2.5 pollution has attracted more and more attention. In order to investigate the causes of haze, the emission of coal-fired boilers in power plants has become the main source of air pollutants in China. The paper has successfully developed and built the electric bag compound experimental system, which consists of five parts, including dust generation part, electric dust collection part, power control part, analysis sampling part and constant flow control part. Used to simulate electrostatic dusting unit after SCR denitrification. The sampling part is mainly composed of Fourier infrared smoke analyzer dx4000 thermo 49i ozone meter. DC high voltage power supply is used in the precharged and electric field area of the electric bag compound experimental system. The influence of secondary voltage and gas velocity on ozone concentration is systematically studied. The results show that the ozone concentration in the electric field of the simulated bag composite precipitator is not more than 1 ppm, and the ozone concentration produced by precharge is 1.4-1.5 ppm. When the halo pole is far away from the high voltage halo pole, the distribution of ozone concentration is obvious in the transverse and longitudinal direction, the transverse attenuation ratio is 10.8 and the longitudinal attenuation ratio is 36.6. The ozone concentration in the electric field increases with the increase of voltage and decreases with the increase of wind speed. The discharge characteristics of burr electrode are better than that of fishbone electrode. As the number of electrodes increases, the ozone concentration increases. When the electrode spacing moves from wide to narrow, the current will increase and the ozone concentration will increase. The ozone concentration decreases when the plate spacing moves from narrow to wide. At low specific resistance and low concentration, dust has little effect on ozone concentration. The ozone produced by high voltage electric field has no effect on the use of polyphenylene sulfide filter media. The research on ozone generation and distribution of ESP has broad application prospect and important scientific value.
