【摘要】：為測度在既定的技術和制度背景下,影響空氣質(zhì)量的各個要素的貢獻率,文章利用我國1998~2012年29個省份的數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建了含有約束的交互效應面板數(shù)據(jù)模型。結(jié)果顯示,各地區(qū)建筑施工排放、民用汽車排放、工業(yè)排放對空氣質(zhì)量的影響各有側(cè)重,且隨著時間的變化,技術和制度的作用在對節(jié)能減排上呈現(xiàn)逐年增強的趨勢;盡管收斂性的檢驗結(jié)果顯示空氣質(zhì)量在逐年好轉(zhuǎn),但速度在放緩且趨于穩(wěn)定,若要使得空氣質(zhì)量有徹底的改變,則技術和制度的深度變革刻不容緩。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the contribution rate of various factors affecting air quality under the established technical and institutional background, this paper constructs an interactive panel data model with constraints based on the data from 29 provinces in China from 1998 to 2012. The results show that the effects of construction emissions, civil vehicle emissions and industrial emissions on air quality in various regions have their own emphasis, and with the change of time, the effect of technology and system on energy saving and emission reduction is increasing year by year. Although the convergence test results show that the air quality is improving year by year, the speed is slowing down and tends to be stable. If the air quality is to be completely changed, it is urgent to change the depth of technology and system.
