CIBR處理模擬生活污水的效果及菌群分析

【摘要】:實驗采用連續(xù)流一體化生物反應器(CIBR)處理模擬生活污水?疾霤IBR對污水的處理效果,并采用高通量測序分析取自污水處理廠的接種污泥與馴化完后CIBR中活性污泥的菌群組成結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明,CIBR能高效處理模擬生活污水,COD、NH_4~+-N、TN和TP的去除率分別達到90.9%、94.9%、83.1%和71.2%;在門級菌群中,接種污泥和CIBR活性污泥中的優(yōu)勢菌種均為Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes,但在屬水平上,兩個生物系統(tǒng)中好氧菌、兼性菌、反硝化菌、氨氧化菌、亞硝氮氧化菌和聚磷菌在種類和相對豐度上存在明顯差異,這可能與運行工況和進水水質(zhì)不同有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:A continuous flow integrated bioreactor (CIBR) was used to treat simulated domestic sewage. The effect of CIBR on the treatment of wastewater was investigated, and the microbial composition of activated sludge from the inoculated sludge from sewage treatment plant and the domesticated CIBR was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that CIBR could efficiently treat simulated domestic sewage with COD _ 4 ~ -NN _ (TN) and TP removal rates of 90.9% and 71.2%, respectively, the dominant bacteria in inoculation sludge and CIBR activated sludge were Proteobacteria and Bacteroides, but at the same level, the aerobic bacteria were aerobic bacteria in the two biological systems. The species and relative abundance of facultative bacteria denitrifying bacteria ammonia oxidizing bacteria nitrite oxidizing bacteria and phosphorus accumulating bacteria are obviously different which may be related to different operating conditions and influent water quality.
