【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是保證項(xiàng)目按期完成的關(guān)鍵管理環(huán)節(jié)。軍工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的共同特點(diǎn)是項(xiàng)目高度的指令性、計(jì)劃性、時(shí)間性、保密性。由于各種原因,QH廠建設(shè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中環(huán)保工程項(xiàng)目往往制約著建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的整體進(jìn)度,成為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的瓶頸,使得相當(dāng)一部分建設(shè)項(xiàng)目往往存在前松后緊后期趕進(jìn)度情況,有的甚至不能按期完成,嚴(yán)重時(shí)甚至?xí)绊懳淦餮b備的科研生產(chǎn),影響企業(yè)的發(fā)展。探求QH廠建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中的環(huán)境工程的進(jìn)度控制管理有著非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文首先對(duì)表面廢水處理工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的研究背景進(jìn)行了分析,然后對(duì)QH廠目前的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理狀態(tài)和影響進(jìn)度的因素進(jìn)行了剖析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)表面廢水處理工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度研究的范圍進(jìn)行了界定,通過(guò)掙得值分析法、項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)(PERT)、關(guān)鍵路徑法(CPM)、關(guān)鍵鏈項(xiàng)目管理理論(CCPM)、項(xiàng)目偏差因果分析圖、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制過(guò)程控制方法的應(yīng)用,找到了先進(jìn)進(jìn)度管理理論、系統(tǒng)控制方法和應(yīng)用工具在表面廢水處理工程項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域的有效結(jié)合點(diǎn),其次運(yùn)用了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)和方法制定了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃并進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,最后運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代工程項(xiàng)目的管理原理和方法對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了控制管理。全文在全面分析表面廢水處理工程項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目的環(huán)保工程的特點(diǎn)及其對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的影響,有針對(duì)性地提出了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理的新思想和新方法,為今后QH廠建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的科學(xué)管理提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和指導(dǎo)。同時(shí)也可為其他企業(yè)在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理中遇到的相似問(wèn)題的解決辦法提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is the key to ensure the completion of the project on schedule. The common characteristics of military construction projects are high command, planning, timing and confidentiality. Due to various reasons, the environmental protection project often restricts the overall progress of the construction project and becomes the bottleneck of the construction project schedule management in the implementation process of the QH plant construction project. As a result, a considerable number of construction projects often exist in the situation of pre-loosening and post-tightening, some of which can not even be completed on schedule, and sometimes even affect the scientific research and production of weapons and equipment and the development of enterprises. It is of great practical significance to explore the progress control and management of environmental engineering in QH plant construction project. In this paper, the background of progress management of surface wastewater treatment project is analyzed, and then the status of QH project schedule management and the factors influencing the progress of QH plant are analyzed. On this basis, the scope of the research on the progress of surface wastewater treatment project is defined. Through the method of earning value analysis, the evaluation technology of project planning and evaluation, the critical path method, the theory of critical chain project management and the causality analysis diagram of project deviation, Based on the application of project schedule control process control method, the effective combination of advanced schedule management theory, system control method and application tools in the field of project management of surface wastewater treatment project is found. Secondly, using the relevant theory and method of project schedule management, the project schedule is made and optimized. Finally, the management principle and method of modern engineering project are used to control the progress of the project. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the surface wastewater treatment project, combined with the characteristics of the environmental protection project of the project and its impact on the progress of the construction project, the paper puts forward a new idea and new method of the progress plan management of the construction project. To provide experience and guidance for the scientific management of QH plant construction project in the future. At the same time, it can provide reference and reference for other enterprises to solve similar problems in construction project management.
