基于Serial Server的污水廠遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著全世界水資源的日益枯竭,以及環(huán)境污染的日益加劇,污水處理工作越來越得到國家的關(guān)注和重視。然而我國的污水處理事業(yè)還存在許多問題,許多老舊的污水處理廠的處理效果已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)達(dá)不到新環(huán)保要求,同時自動化水平低、人機交互界面不友好、在線監(jiān)測設(shè)施不完善,因此實現(xiàn)污水處理廠的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)會是將來的研究重點。本文討論了目前比較流行的污水處理工藝和污水處理遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,依托實際工程項目,以某城市的市污水處理廠為工程背景,針對該污水廠的工藝特點,結(jié)合該廠的實際情況和環(huán)保要求,設(shè)計了基于serial server的污水廠遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本文依次從自動控制系統(tǒng)、上位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)三個方面介紹了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計原則、設(shè)計要求和設(shè)計方案,以及系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)過程。構(gòu)建了全廠的自控網(wǎng)絡(luò),完善了全廠的PLC控制程序,開發(fā)了人性化的交互界面,采用串口服務(wù)器轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)在線監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),利用Visual C#.NET開發(fā)了在線監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)采集的通信服務(wù)器程序,使用數(shù)據(jù)庫存儲過程數(shù)據(jù),具備歷史趨勢曲線、報表和故障報警的功能,實現(xiàn)了污水廠生產(chǎn)過程的設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程控制和數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控。經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)調(diào)試,該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入運行,實踐表明:該系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定可靠,不僅提高了操作人員的工作效率,而且出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到了國家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:With the depletion of water resources and environmental pollution in the world, sewage treatment has been paid more and more attention. However, there are still many problems in sewage treatment in our country. The treatment effect of many old sewage treatment plants is far from the new environmental protection requirements. At the same time, the level of automation is low, the man-machine interface is not friendly, and the on-line monitoring facilities are not perfect. Therefore, the realization of remote monitoring system of sewage treatment plant will be the focus of future research. This paper discusses the development status of the popular sewage treatment process and remote monitoring system for sewage treatment. Based on the actual project and taking the municipal sewage treatment plant in a city as the engineering background, this paper aims at the technological characteristics of the sewage treatment plant. The remote monitoring system of sewage treatment plant based on serial server is designed according to the actual situation of the plant and the requirement of environmental protection. This paper introduces the design principles, design requirements and design schemes of the system from three aspects: automatic control system, upper monitoring system and on-line monitoring system, as well as the realization process of the system. The automatic control network of the whole plant is constructed, the PLC control program of the whole plant is perfected, the humanized interactive interface is developed, the on-line monitoring data is transmitted by serial port server, and the communication server program of on-line monitoring data acquisition is developed by Visual C#.NET. With the functions of historical trend curve, report form and fault alarm, the remote control and data monitoring of sewage plant production process are realized by using database stored procedure data. After debugging, the system has been put into operation. The practice shows that the system is stable and reliable, which not only improves the working efficiency of the operators, but also meets the national discharge standard.
