鈾脅迫對2種植物熒光生理及累積特性的影響

【摘要】:針對放射性污染水體富集水生植物的篩選及核素處理能力關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,通過水培試驗(yàn),研究了鈾脅迫對水芹和銅錢草的生理特性、葉綠素?zé)晒馓匦约拔崭患芰Φ挠绊憽=Y(jié)果表明:(1)在55 mg/L鈾處理下水芹和銅錢草的葉綠素a、葉綠素b和類胡蘿卜素含量下降最為顯著,與對照組相比分別下降了52.54%、65.27%、67.89%和63.20%、79.82%、45.19%,與對照組相比水芹和銅錢草最大光化學(xué)效率(Fv/Fm)分別下降了2.3%和1.3%,光和性能指數(shù)(PIABS)分別下降了24.3%和30.9%;(2)在鈾處理下,2種植物的抗氧化酶系統(tǒng)均受到不同程度影響,SOD、POD和CAT活性均呈先升后降的趨勢,在55 mg/L的鈾處理下MDA含量達(dá)到最高,分別比對照上升了118.63%和91.72%。(3)水芹和銅錢草對鈾的富集濃度在55 mg/L處理下達(dá)到最大,根、莖和葉各部鈾濃度分別達(dá)到3 637.2、322.9、373.4 mg/kg和2 908.8、262.7、136.5 mg/kg;水芹和銅錢草對鈾均有一定的富集能力和耐受性。
[Abstract]:The effects of uranium stress on the physiological characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and absorption and enrichment ability of water celery and Coppergrass were studied by hydroponics test in view of the selection of aquatic plants and the ability of nuclide treatment in radioactive polluted water. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid decreased most significantly in the water celery and coppergrass treated with uranium at 55 mg/L. Compared with the control group, the maximum photochemical efficiency (FV / Fm) of water celery and coppergrass decreased by 2.3% and 1.3%, respectively, and the light and performance index (PIABSs) decreased by 24.3% and 30.950%, respectively, and the antioxidant activity of two plants treated with uranium was decreased by 24.3% and 30.9%, respectively, and by 63.20% and 63.20%, respectively, as compared with the control group, and the maximum photochemical efficiency (FV / Fm) was decreased by 2.3% and 1.3%, respectively, and the light and performance index (PIABSs) decreased by 24.3% and 30.950% respectively. The activity of POD and CAT increased first and then decreased. The concentration of MDA reached the highest under uranium treatment of 55 mg/L, which increased by 118.63% and 91.72%, respectively. The uranium concentrations in stems and leaves were 3 637.2322.9U 373.4 mg/kg and 2 908.8262.7U 136.5 mg / kg, respectively.
