凍融循環(huán)對固化污泥力學(xué)及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)特性影響

【摘要】:凍融循環(huán)作用會(huì)改變固化污泥工程特性,影響固化污泥堆體穩(wěn)定及安全。在封閉系統(tǒng)下對固化污泥進(jìn)行凍融循環(huán)試驗(yàn),每經(jīng)歷一次凍融循環(huán),就測定固化體的無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度、滲透系數(shù)等工程指標(biāo),并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果選取試樣進(jìn)行掃描電鏡和壓汞試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:第1次凍融循環(huán)作用使固化污泥強(qiáng)度衰減30%,滲透系數(shù)增大80%,隨后變化幅度逐漸降低;經(jīng)過約6次凍融循環(huán)后,固化污泥強(qiáng)度衰減幅度高達(dá)50%,滲透系數(shù)增加約1個(gè)數(shù)量級,隨后基本保持恒定,滲透系數(shù)的變化較無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度變化表現(xiàn)出微弱的滯后性。隨著凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)的增加,固化污泥孔隙體積逐漸增大,固化污泥強(qiáng)度逐漸降低,滲透系數(shù)逐漸增大。在封閉系統(tǒng)下,固化體內(nèi)部水分結(jié)冰引起的總膨脹體積恒定,固化污泥內(nèi)部水分分布均勻。當(dāng)凍融循環(huán)作用達(dá)到一定次數(shù)后,孔隙體積不再持續(xù)增大,只是在空間上重新融合分布,使各參數(shù)逐漸達(dá)到恒定狀態(tài)。研究成果對寒區(qū)污泥固化填埋的安全處理處置提供技術(shù)參數(shù)和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Freeze-thaw circulation will change the engineering characteristics of solidified sludge and affect the stability and safety of solidified sludge. The freeze-thaw cycle test of solidified sludge was carried out in a closed system. Every freeze-thaw cycle, the unconfined compressive strength, permeability coefficient and other engineering indexes of the solidified sludge were measured. According to the test results, the samples were selected for scanning electron microscopy and mercury injection test. The results show that the first freeze-thaw cycle attenuates the strength of solidified sludge by 30%, increases the permeability coefficient by 80%, and decreases gradually after about 6 freeze-thaw cycles. The attenuation range of solidified sludge strength was as high as 50, the permeability coefficient increased by about 1 order of magnitude, then remained constant, and the change of permeability coefficient showed a weak hysteresis compared with the change of unconfined compressive strength. With the increase of freeze-thaw cycle, the pore volume of solidified sludge increases, the strength of solidified sludge decreases and the permeability coefficient increases. In the closed system, the total expansion volume of solidified sludge caused by water icing is constant, and the moisture distribution of solidified sludge is uniform. When the freeze-thaw cycle reaches a certain number of times, the pore volume will no longer continue to increase, but only in the space re-fusion distribution, so that the parameters gradually reach a constant state. The research results provide technical parameters and guidance for the safe treatment and disposal of sludge solidified landfill in cold area.
