【摘要】：一個村莊不同時期的垃圾處理有著不同的文化邏輯,包含著不同的治理知識。傳統(tǒng)社會中"無國家的治理"以及改革開放前的地方制度基本能夠有效處理垃圾。隨著市場化、城市化和工業(yè)化進程,科層治理、市場治理與網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理都處于失靈狀態(tài),使農(nóng)村垃圾發(fā)展為嚴重的環(huán)境與生態(tài)問題。從生態(tài)文明的高度,"知識治理"能夠為垃圾處理提供共享觀念、行動工具和行動資源。
[Abstract]:Garbage disposal in different periods of a village has different cultural logic, including different governance knowledge. In the traditional society, the "no state governance" and the local system before the reform and opening up can effectively handle the garbage. With the market, urbanization and industrialization process, the management of the science layer, the market governance and the network governance are all in failure. The status of rural garbage is a serious environmental and ecological problem. From the height of ecological civilization, "knowledge management" can provide shared ideas, action tools and action resources for garbage disposal.
