【摘要】：目前,社會環(huán)境遭到了嚴(yán)重污染且污染日益嚴(yán)重,生態(tài)失衡嚴(yán)重威脅人類的生存發(fā)展。先發(fā)展經(jīng)濟還是平衡生態(tài)環(huán)境這二者的矛盾也伴隨人類社會現(xiàn)代與工業(yè)化的發(fā)展而凸顯,全球的自然環(huán)境也因此遭到了嚴(yán)重破壞。世界各國對環(huán)境問題開始了高度重視,通過采取一系列積極的應(yīng)對方式,希望可以阻止生態(tài)環(huán)境的漸漸惡化,給人類生存創(chuàng)造一個良好環(huán)境,這預(yù)示著生態(tài)環(huán)境的問題是目前世界亟需解決的迫切問題。本文以系統(tǒng)整體性思想為作方法指導(dǎo),以中國特色社會主義事業(yè)“五位一體”的新布局為著眼點,全面、深入挖掘和梳理古今中外的生態(tài)文明思想,總結(jié)概括十六大以來中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想內(nèi)容及其發(fā)展歷程,從文化、經(jīng)濟、政治、社會等層面,探索中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的實踐路徑,剖析中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義,具體思路如下:首先,對生態(tài)文明的相關(guān)概念做出了理論基礎(chǔ)的闡釋,對中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的時代背景加以分析,借鑒吸收古今中外的基本生態(tài)文明觀作為中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的理論淵源。其次,總結(jié)概括中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的主要內(nèi)容,探索分析十六大以來中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的發(fā)展歷程,包括生態(tài)文明建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略思想的提出、發(fā)展和深化。最后,重點探討研究中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的實踐路徑,并深入剖析中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義,為探索適合我國基本國情的有中國特色的社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)道路以及落實黨的十八大報告以及落實十八屆三中全會精神提供參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, the social environment has been seriously polluted and the pollution is increasingly serious, ecological imbalance is a serious threat to the survival and development of mankind. The contradiction between the development of economy and the balance of ecological environment is highlighted with the development of modern and industrialized human society, and the natural environment of the whole world has been seriously damaged. Countries around the world have begun to attach great importance to environmental problems. By adopting a series of positive coping methods, they hope to prevent the gradual deterioration of the ecological environment and create a good environment for the survival of mankind. This indicates that the problem of ecological environment is the urgent problem that the world needs to solve. Under the guidance of the thought of system integrity and the new layout of "five in one" in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, this paper comprehensively and thoroughly excavates and combs the thought of ecological civilization in ancient, modern and modern countries. This paper summarizes and summarizes the ideological content and development course of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and explores the practical path of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics from the aspects of culture, economy, politics and society. This paper analyzes the theoretical value and practical significance of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics. The specific ideas are as follows: firstly, the theoretical basis of the related concepts of ecological civilization is explained. This paper analyzes the background of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and draws on the basic view of ecological civilization at home and abroad as the theoretical origin of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics. Secondly, it summarizes the main contents of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, explores and analyzes the course of development of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, including the putting forward of the strategic thought of ecological civilization construction. Development and deepening Finally, the paper focuses on the practical path of the construction of the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and deeply analyzes the theoretical value and practical significance of the thought of the construction of the ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics. It provides reference and basis for exploring the construction road of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics suitable for our country's basic national conditions, carrying out the report of the 18th CPC National Congress and implementing the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
