從廢棄稀土拋光粉中回收稀土金屬的工藝條件研究

【摘要】:廢棄稀土拋光粉中含有鑭、鈰等有價(jià)金屬元素,若能回收循環(huán)利用將具有重要的環(huán)境意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。論文以廢棄稀土拋光粉為原料,構(gòu)思并設(shè)計(jì)了濃硫酸浸出、稀土硫酸鈉復(fù)鹽回收稀土金屬元素、稀土元素的分離與回收等工序構(gòu)成的工藝流程。通過單因素條件實(shí)驗(yàn)和正交實(shí)驗(yàn),考察并確定了流程中各工序較適宜的工藝條件,所得主要結(jié)論如下:(1)濃硫酸浸出工序較適宜的反應(yīng)工藝條件為:反應(yīng)時(shí)間100min、反應(yīng)溫度270℃、酸粉比為2.6,此條件下稀土金屬元素的浸出率達(dá)到98.04%。(2)稀土硫酸鈉復(fù)鹽回收稀土金屬元素工序較適宜的工藝條件為:體系pH值2.0、無水硫酸鈉與稀土元素的質(zhì)量比5.2:1、反應(yīng)溫度65℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為120s。此條件下稀土金屬元素的回收率為95.03%。(3)氫氧化鈰制備工序較適宜的工藝條件為:過氧化氫與氨水的摩爾比1.2:1、分解溫度92℃、分解時(shí)間42min。此條件下氫氧化鈰中鈰的氧化率為98.46%,鈰的平均收率為98.76%。(4)采用草酸沉淀的形式回收硝酸鑭溶液中的鑭元素,鑭的收率為92.03%。(5)所制備的樣品為純相的面心立方晶型氧化鈰和六方晶型氧化鑭。
[Abstract]:The waste rare earth polishing powder contains valuable metal elements such as lanthanum and cerium. If it can be recycled it will have important environmental significance and economic value. In this paper, the technological process of concentrated sulfuric acid leaching, recovery of rare earth metal elements by sodium sulfate compound salt, separation and recovery of rare earth elements, etc., was conceived and designed by using waste rare earth polishing powder as raw material. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimum technological conditions of each procedure in the process were investigated and determined.
