港口生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值計(jì)算方法及其影響分析研究

【摘要】:隨著港航運(yùn)輸業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,港口的規(guī)模在不斷擴(kuò)大,然而,目前港口在規(guī)劃建設(shè)階段缺少對生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù),使得港口建設(shè)與運(yùn)營的過程中對周邊生態(tài)環(huán)境造成破壞,尤其是在港口建設(shè)過程中,大量的生態(tài)用地被開發(fā)為建設(shè)用地,導(dǎo)致生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能減弱,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值損失嚴(yán)重。目前,國內(nèi)外的研究重點(diǎn)主要是對不同類型的自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行生態(tài)服務(wù)價(jià)值評估,而對港口這類特殊人工-自然-社會(huì)復(fù)合生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值評估的研究很少,本研究在已有的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,把港口生態(tài)系統(tǒng)作為城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的子系統(tǒng)給予定義。本研究綜合考慮人工、自然、社會(huì)三方面因素對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值當(dāng)量進(jìn)行了海岸帶因子修正、生物量因子修正和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)因子修正,同時(shí)考慮了港口建設(shè)用地的生態(tài)服務(wù)負(fù)價(jià)值,建立了港口生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值評估模型,并通過算例對港口生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中各項(xiàng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值進(jìn)行計(jì)算。算例結(jié)果表明,港口生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中生態(tài)用地大量減少,而建設(shè)用地大量增加,說明隨著港口建設(shè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,大量生態(tài)用地轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻ㄔO(shè)用地,生態(tài)服務(wù)價(jià)值損失嚴(yán)重。本論文根據(jù)港口生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值評估模型,將港口建設(shè)對周邊生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行了定量化研究,研究成果可為港口規(guī)劃提供直觀、有效的參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of port and shipping industry, the scale of the port is expanding. However, at present, the port lacks the protection of the ecological environment in the stage of planning and construction, which causes the destruction of the surrounding ecological environment in the process of port construction and operation, especially in the process of port construction, a large number of ecological land has been developed as a construction land. The function of ecosystem services is weakened and the value of ecosystem services is lost seriously. At present, the focus of research at home and abroad is to evaluate the value of ecological services for different types of natural ecosystems and urban ecosystems, and the research on service value evaluation of the special artificial natural social complex system in ports is rarely studied. On the basis of the existing research results, the port ecosystem is defined as the subsystem of the urban ecosystem. This study comprehensively considers three factors of artificial, natural and social factors to modify the ecological system service value equivalent, the revision of the biomass factor and the social and economic factors, and the consideration of the port. The ecological service value of the construction land is negative, the evaluation model of the port ecosystem service value is set up, and the value of various service functions in the port ecosystem is calculated by an example. The results show that the ecological land in the port ecosystem is greatly reduced and the construction land is increasing, indicating that with the expansion of the port construction scale, A large amount of ecological land is transformed into construction land, and the value of ecological service is lost seriously. This paper makes a quantitative study on the impact of port construction on the surrounding ecological environment according to the evaluation model of the port ecosystem service value. The research results can provide direct and effective reference for port planning.
