鍶污染土壤中耐鍶菌株的篩選

【摘要】:通過固體培養(yǎng)基平板中鍶的梯度變化,從某鍶污染土壤中篩選出了26株細(xì)菌和20株放線菌。在含鍶的液體培養(yǎng)基中,按照細(xì)菌對(duì)鍶的吸附率和耐受性不同,對(duì)細(xì)菌和放線菌開展了進(jìn)一步的篩選,并得到了四株對(duì)鍶有較好耐受性的細(xì)菌。四株菌在24h內(nèi)的生長(zhǎng)倍數(shù)超過30倍,對(duì)鍶的吸附率皆超過20%。它們的最佳生長(zhǎng)條件為pH=6.0~7.5、溫度為20~40℃、鍶初始質(zhì)量濃度在0~2.0g/L范圍內(nèi)。微生物的16SrDNA鑒定結(jié)果表明這四株菌皆為芽孢桿菌屬。
[Abstract]:26 strains of bacteria and 20 strains of actinomycetes were screened from the soil contaminated by strontium through the gradient change of strontium in solid medium plate. In liquid medium containing strontium, bacteria and actinomycetes were further screened according to the different absorption rate and tolerance of strontium, and four strains of bacteria with good tolerance to strontium were obtained. The growth times of the four strains were more than 30 times and the adsorption rate of strontium was more than 20% within 24 hours.
