【摘要】：土地資源是大自然饋贈給人類的獨(dú)特珍品,承載萬物。開展區(qū)域農(nóng)用地土壤重金屬超標(biāo)評價與安全利用分區(qū)、分類利用管控,促進(jìn)區(qū)域土地資源合理、高效利用是新常態(tài)下耕地保護(hù)的基本要求。該文分不同p H值區(qū)間、8種不同地類,基于現(xiàn)行土壤環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價和食品安全評價的眾多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)集成土壤環(huán)境質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以江蘇省某市為例,運(yùn)用單因子指數(shù)法、內(nèi)梅羅綜合指數(shù)法和潛在生態(tài)危害指數(shù)法開展土壤重金屬超標(biāo)評價,進(jìn)而提出了安全利用等級劃分方案和分區(qū)、分類利用與管理的管控策略。結(jié)果表明:將研究區(qū)農(nóng)用地分為安全、基本安全、低風(fēng)險、中風(fēng)險和高風(fēng)險5種綜合分區(qū),分別采取優(yōu)先保護(hù)、綜合監(jiān)控、預(yù)警防控和限制利用等措施,以精細(xì)化管理思想為出發(fā)點,從源頭控制、農(nóng)藝措施調(diào)控、種植作物調(diào)整、地類轉(zhuǎn)換以及土壤修復(fù)、綜合整治等方面提出了各綜合分區(qū)的安全利用管控策略。因此,開展區(qū)域農(nóng)用地土壤重金屬超標(biāo)評價與安全利用分區(qū)研究為確保土地資源合理利用保護(hù)耕地提供了重要思路。
[Abstract]:Land resources are the unique treasures that nature presents to mankind, carrying all things. It is the basic requirement of cultivated land protection under the new normal condition to carry out the evaluation of heavy metals in the soil of regional agricultural land and the zoning of safe utilization, to control the classified utilization of heavy metals, to promote the rational use of regional land resources and to make efficient use of farmland. In this paper, there are 8 different land types with different pH values. Based on many standards of current soil environmental quality assessment and food safety assessment, the evaluation criteria of soil environmental quality status are integrated. Taking a city in Jiangsu Province as an example, a single factor index method is used. Nemero comprehensive index method and potential ecological hazard index method were used to evaluate soil heavy metals in excess of the standard, and then the control strategies of safety utilization grade, zoning, classification, utilization and management were put forward. The results show that the agricultural land in the study area is divided into five types: safety, basic safety, low risk, medium risk and high risk, and the measures of priority protection, comprehensive monitoring, early warning, prevention, control and restriction of utilization are taken respectively. Based on the idea of fine management, this paper puts forward the control strategies of the safety utilization of each comprehensive zoning from the aspects of source control, agronomic measures, crop planting adjustment, land class conversion, soil remediation and comprehensive remediation, etc. Therefore, the evaluation of heavy metals in the soil of regional agricultural land and the study on the zoning of the safe use of heavy metals provide an important way to ensure the rational utilization of land resources and the protection of cultivated land.
