【摘要】：作為踐行生態(tài)文明、推進(jìn)綠色發(fā)展的示范區(qū),國家級新區(qū)環(huán)境管理的作用至關(guān)重要。本文結(jié)合國家級新區(qū)環(huán)境管理的特點,借助層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法的思路,構(gòu)建了新區(qū)環(huán)境績效評估指標(biāo)框架以及具體的評價方法體系,結(jié)合青島市西海岸國家級新區(qū)的調(diào)研案例進(jìn)行了評價分析,結(jié)果表明加強(qiáng)新區(qū)功能建設(shè)和強(qiáng)化環(huán)境管制是未來提升案例新區(qū)環(huán)境績效的重點領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:As a demonstration area to practice ecological civilization and promote green development, the role of national environmental management is very important.Based on the characteristics of the environmental management of the national new districts and the idea of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper constructs the index framework and the concrete evaluation method system of the environmental performance evaluation in the new area.Based on the case study of Qingdao West Coast National New area, the results show that strengthening the function construction and strengthening the environmental control are the key areas to improve the environmental performance of the new area in the future.
