垃圾滲濾液超臨界水氣化制氫影響因素分析

【摘要】:利用高溫高壓反應釜對生活垃圾填埋場滲濾液進行超臨界水氣化產(chǎn)氫處理。分析了反應溫度、壓力和停留時間對氣化產(chǎn)氫效果、氫氣產(chǎn)量以及COD去除率的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,在溫度為470℃、壓力為23.1 MPa、停留時間為10 min條件下,經(jīng)超臨界水氣化處理后,滲濾液COD去除率達到75.6%,氣體產(chǎn)物中CH4、CO2和H2分別達到32.34%、2.72%、61.88%。
