【摘要】：除放射性指標外,系統(tǒng)對比分析了中國、美國、歐盟、日本以及WHO飲用水水質(zhì)標準中的指標項目及限值。對比發(fā)現(xiàn),總體上講,我國的指標數(shù)量在微生物指標、無機毒理指標以及感官和一般化學指標上的項目較多,而在消毒副產(chǎn)物指標、有機毒理指標上比較缺乏。微生物指標方面,美國和日本采用的異養(yǎng)菌指標可指示消毒效率和管網(wǎng)清潔度,值得我國借鑒。消毒副產(chǎn)物方面,我國缺乏毒性較大的鹵乙腈類和N-亞硝基二甲胺指標。無機毒理指標中可借鑒限定硝酸鹽和亞硝酸鹽(以氮計)總量的形式。有機毒理指標方面,我國缺乏大量農(nóng)藥、持久性污染物等新檢出率高、具有毒性的有機物指標。在此基礎上提出了我國飲用水水質(zhì)標準制定過程中可以借鑒和值得改進的地方。
[Abstract]:In addition to the radioactivity index, the index items and the limit values in the drinking water quality standards of China, the United States, the European Union, Japan and WHO are compared and analyzed systematically.It is found that, on the whole, the number of indexes in our country is more in microbial index, inorganic toxicology index, sensory index and general chemical index, but in disinfection by-product index, organic toxicology index is relatively lack.In terms of microbiological indexes, the heterotrophic bacteria used in the United States and Japan can indicate the disinfection efficiency and the cleanliness of the pipe network, which is worthy of our country's reference.In terms of disinfection by-products, there is a lack of toxic halogen acetonitrile and N-nitrosodimethylamine in China.Inorganic toxicological indexes can be used for reference to limit the total amount of nitrate and nitrite (measured by nitrogen).In terms of organic toxicology, China lacks a large number of pesticides, persistent pollutants and other new detection rate, with toxic organic indicators.On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some points that can be used for reference and worthy of improvement in the process of establishing drinking water quality standards in China.
