【摘要】：城市生活垃圾焚燒(發(fā)電)是"減量化、無(wú)害化、資源化"終極環(huán)保處理的最重要和必要趨勢(shì)。原始垃圾含水率高、發(fā)熱值低、焚燒不完全,導(dǎo)致毒性物質(zhì)產(chǎn)生,造成二次污染是制約焚燒處理的主要因素。通過(guò)將原始生活垃圾無(wú)須人工分選分揀,進(jìn)行一系列的脫水、磁選、破碎、烘干、除臭殺菌和加入特制添加劑等高新技術(shù)處理,即可100%利用轉(zhuǎn)化成污染少、熱值高的環(huán)保再生燃料,解決焚燒產(chǎn)生的煙氣、飛灰和二VA英的達(dá)標(biāo)排放。該垃圾環(huán)保再生煤熱值達(dá)15.42-16.29 MJ/kg,在焚燒時(shí)無(wú)需添加煤、油等燃料助燃,燃燒溫度達(dá)1000℃以上,可供工業(yè)鍋爐、磚廠使用,特別是與鍋爐蒸汽發(fā)電工藝聯(lián)合,獲得更好應(yīng)用效果。文中介紹了利用城市生活垃圾制造環(huán)保再生煤要解決的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題、技術(shù)路線、示范生產(chǎn)工藝流程和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),對(duì)垃圾環(huán)保再生煤的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Municipal solid waste incineration (power generation) is the most important and necessary trend of the ultimate environmental protection treatment.High moisture content, low heating value and incomplete incineration caused toxic substances and secondary pollution were the main factors restricting incineration treatment.By using a series of high and new technologies such as dehydration, magnetic separation, crushing, drying, deodorizing and sterilizing, adding special additives and so on, 100% of the raw domestic waste can be converted into less pollution by using and sorting without manual sorting.High calorific value of environmental renewable fuel, to solve the incineration of flue gas, fly ash and diVA standard emissions.The heat value of the regenerated coal is 15.42-16.29 MJ / kg, the combustion temperature is above 1000 鈩，
