【摘要】：基于生態(tài)系統(tǒng)視角,引入"壓力—狀態(tài)—響應"模型,構建了包括生態(tài)脅迫、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康和生態(tài)可持續(xù)能力的3個子系統(tǒng)、30個指標的京津冀生態(tài)文明指數(shù)評價體系;運用主客觀組合賦權方法確定各指標的權重,對各系統(tǒng)得分及系統(tǒng)之間的協(xié)調(diào)度進行測算,展開京津冀三省市的實證研究,并從橫向與縱向兩個角度對得分進行比較分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the ecosystem perspective, the "pressure-state-response" model was introduced to construct three subsystems including ecological stress, ecosystem health and ecological sustainability, and an index evaluation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological civilization with 30 indexes.The weight of each index is determined by the method of subjective and objective combination weighting, the score of each system and the degree of coordination among the systems are calculated, and the empirical research on the three provinces and cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is carried out, and the scores are compared and analyzed from the horizontal and vertical angles.
