【摘要】:室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量(Indoor Environmental Quality,IEQ)對人的身體健康至關(guān)重要,不僅體現(xiàn)在溫、濕度上,更體現(xiàn)在有害氣體(甲醛、氨氣)的濃度大小上。受經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的限制,我國目前的室內(nèi)環(huán)境監(jiān)控技術(shù)相對落后。雖然現(xiàn)有的室內(nèi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)自動化程度有所提高,但準確度及抗干擾能力都很難保證,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)錯報、誤報現(xiàn)象,并且無法高效準確地分析室內(nèi)環(huán)境的總體質(zhì)量。針對室內(nèi)甲醛、氨氣以及溫、濕度對人體健康的影響,設(shè)計了一種氣體濃度和溫濕度檢測及控制的實時在線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的下位機以STM32F103單片機和傳感器為核心,上位機界面采用Visual Basic6.0開發(fā),二者通過RS-485進行信息交流與通信。采用了中位值平均濾波算法,其能夠有效地濾除傳感器在采集信號過程中的隨機干擾成分。提出了兩種基于自適應(yīng)加權(quán)與模糊集理論的多傳感器數(shù)據(jù)融合算法。自適應(yīng)加權(quán)數(shù)據(jù)融合不僅能充分利用傳感器的原始數(shù)據(jù),對測量數(shù)據(jù)的均方誤差、測量精度等信息進行融合,而且可以在總方差最小的前提下,使融合后的值達到最優(yōu)。由于室內(nèi)各個因素對身體健康的影響程度不一樣,利用模糊集理論的決策級數(shù)據(jù)融合的權(quán)重向量可以更加清楚地了解室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量。通過對系統(tǒng)進行測試,其結(jié)果表明:人們不僅能通過人性化的監(jiān)控界面及時了解室內(nèi)甲醛、氨氣以及溫、濕度的當前值及質(zhì)量等級,而且可以更加方便地查看融合后的室內(nèi)綜合質(zhì)量等級及系統(tǒng)的運行情況。系統(tǒng)的各項指標均達到了預(yù)期的要求,并具有很強的抗干擾能力和很高的可信度。
[Abstract]:Indoor Environmental quality (IEQ) is very important to human health, not only in temperature and humidity, but also in the concentration of harmful gases (formaldehyde and ammonia).Limited by the level of economic development, China's current indoor environment monitoring technology is relatively backward.Although the degree of automation of the existing indoor monitoring system has been improved, the accuracy and anti-interference ability are difficult to guarantee, there are often false alarms and false positives, and the overall quality of indoor environment can not be analyzed efficiently and accurately.Aiming at the effect of indoor formaldehyde, ammonia gas, temperature and humidity on human health, a real-time on-line monitoring system for the detection and control of gas concentration and temperature and humidity is designed.The lower computer of this system is based on STM32F103 single chip computer and sensor, and the upper computer interface is developed by Visual Basic6.0. They communicate and communicate with each other through RS-485.The median average filter algorithm is used to filter the random interference components in the signal acquisition process.Two multisensor data fusion algorithms based on adaptive weighting and fuzzy set theory are proposed.The adaptive weighted data fusion can not only make full use of the original data of the sensor, but also make the value of the fusion optimal under the premise of minimum total variance, such as the mean square error and the measurement precision of the measured data.Because the degree of influence of indoor factors on body health is different, the weight vector of decision level data fusion based on fuzzy set theory can better understand indoor environmental quality.By testing the system, the results show that people can not only know the current value and quality grade of indoor formaldehyde, ammonia, temperature and humidity through the humanized monitoring interface.Moreover, it is more convenient to view the integrated indoor quality grade and the operation of the system.Each index of the system meets the expected requirements, and has strong anti-interference ability and high credibility.
