濕式催化氧化催化劑制備及處理酸性紅88染料廢水實(shí)驗(yàn)條件研究

【摘要】:濕式催化氧化技術(shù)(CWAO)作為一種新興的廢水處理技術(shù),通過(guò)添加合適的催化劑、氧化劑以進(jìn)一步降低反應(yīng)條件、提高廢水處理效果。本論文將CWAO用在染料廢水的處理上,一方面研究催化劑的制備工藝;另一方面探究其對(duì)染料廢水AR88的處理效果,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文以酸性紅88(Acid Red 88)為研究對(duì)象,研究催化劑載體、活性組分(種類及濃度)、浸漬溫度、焙燒(溫度及時(shí)間)等因素對(duì)催化劑催化活性的影響,制備了單活性組分催化劑(1#)。再對(duì)催化劑制備進(jìn)行改性研究,確定改性方法和最佳制備條件,得到雙活性組分催化劑(2#)。分別采用SEM、XRD和BET對(duì)兩種催化劑進(jìn)行表面形態(tài)分析、定性及半定量分析、比表面積分析。用制備的兩種催化劑1#、2#處理AR88染料廢水,研究催化劑用量、氧化劑用量、反應(yīng)pH、反應(yīng)溫度及初始濃度等因素對(duì)反應(yīng)結(jié)果的影響,并對(duì)反應(yīng)過(guò)程進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)1#催化劑最佳制備條件為:以鋰硅粉0#為載體,40℃下浸漬Fe(NO_3)_3(0.1mol/L)20h,焙燒條件為:溫度T=500℃,時(shí)間t=90min。(2)2#催化劑最佳制備條件為:以鋰硅粉0#為載體,40℃下浸漬由0.1mol/L的Fe(NO_3)_3、Zn(NO_3)_2按照1:1配比進(jìn)行配置的活性組分溶液,浸漬時(shí)間20h;焙燒條件為:溫度T=400℃,時(shí)間t=150min。(3)制備的兩種催化劑1#、2#在比表面積、孔容、孔徑方面均發(fā)生了較大的變化,1#、2#較0#比表面積分別增加了5.48%、47.70%;孔容增加了33.33%、16.67%;介孔分別增加了0.95%、2.08%;1#、2#的C值是0#的1.455倍、2.995倍。(4)以1#為催化劑,AR88染料廢水最佳處理?xiàng)l件為:催化劑用量15g/L,氧化劑H_2O_2用量為5ml/L,40℃下反應(yīng)120min。且在該條件下,將制備1#催化劑用來(lái)處理濃度在200mg/L以下的AR88,脫色率均在96%以上。(5)以2#為催化劑,AR88染料廢水最佳處理?xiàng)l件為:催化劑用量14g/L,氧化劑H_2O_2用量為5ml/L,40℃下反應(yīng)90min。且在該條件下,將制備的2#催化劑用來(lái)處理濃度在400mg/L以下的AR88,脫色率均在99%以上。(6)兩種催化劑進(jìn)行濕式催化氧化AR88反應(yīng)過(guò)程均滿足一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。以1#為催化劑,反應(yīng)活化能為50.98KJ/mol;以2#為催化劑,反應(yīng)活化能為21.91KJ/mol。
[Abstract]:As a new wastewater treatment technology, wet catalytic oxidation (CWAO) can further reduce reaction conditions and improve wastewater treatment efficiency by adding suitable catalyst and oxidant.In this paper, CWAO is applied to the treatment of dyestuff wastewater. On the one hand, the preparation process of catalyst is studied; on the other hand, it is of great practical significance to explore the effect of AR88 treatment on dyestuff wastewater.In this paper, the effects of catalyst carrier, active component (type and concentration), impregnation temperature, roasting temperature and time on the catalytic activity of acidic red 88(Acid Red 88 were studied.Then the preparation of the catalyst was studied, the modification method and the optimum preparation conditions were determined, and the double active component catalyst was obtained.The surface morphology, qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis and specific surface area analysis of the two catalysts were studied by BET and SEM respectively.AR88 dye wastewater was treated with two kinds of catalysts (1 #2#). The effects of catalyst dosage, oxidant dosage, reaction pH, reaction temperature and initial concentration on the reaction results were studied.
