【摘要】:城市污水處理廠剩余污泥的減量化與資源化已成為環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。厭氧消化處理是一種有效手段,短鏈脂肪酸(SCFAs)作為厭氧消化過(guò)程中的重要產(chǎn)物,可用于污水處理工藝中反硝化過(guò)程,但產(chǎn)酸效率不高帶來(lái)其難以推廣。課題研究了零價(jià)鐵粉(ZVI)、表面活性劑烷基多苷(APG)以及ZVI與APG聯(lián)合三種方法,以強(qiáng)化污泥的發(fā)酵產(chǎn)酸,使得污泥厭氧發(fā)酵過(guò)程的中間產(chǎn)物SCFAs得以大量積累。單獨(dú)投加ZVI能夠促進(jìn)污泥的厭氧消化。對(duì)污泥中有機(jī)質(zhì)降解影響的研究表明,發(fā)酵期間,ZVI對(duì)其有促進(jìn)作用,在0.5 g/gTSS時(shí)促進(jìn)效果最為明顯;對(duì)產(chǎn)酸量影響研究表明,ZVI對(duì)污泥的產(chǎn)酸沒(méi)有積極影響,在0.5 g/gTSS時(shí)降低最大,是空白的95.0%;對(duì)有機(jī)酸分布的影響表明,ZVI不影響其分布情況,乙酸不能得到累積,在后期僅為4.7%;對(duì)蛋白酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶兩種水解酶活性影響的研究表明,ZVI能夠促進(jìn)其活力,相對(duì)活性分別提高為空白的1.9倍與1.8倍。單獨(dú)投加APG能促進(jìn)污泥的水解及有機(jī)酸的累積。對(duì)污泥中有機(jī)質(zhì)溶出和產(chǎn)酸量影響的研究表明,在發(fā)酵期間均有促進(jìn)作用,在0.2 g/gTSS時(shí)效果最為明顯,最大可溶性蛋白、糖與有機(jī)酸濃度分別提高為空白的2.3倍、5.4倍與4.1倍;對(duì)有機(jī)酸分布的影響研究表明,APG能夠明顯改變其分布,乙酸得到累積,以0.2 g/gTSS APG為例,保持在50%以上;對(duì)蛋白酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶活性影響的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),APG能夠改變其活力,α-葡萄糖苷酶為空白的1.4倍;對(duì)污泥表面張力影響的研究表明,APG在污泥中能夠穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮降低污泥表面張力的作用。ZVI與APG聯(lián)合投加能夠促進(jìn)污泥的水解、消化及有機(jī)酸的累積。對(duì)污泥中有機(jī)質(zhì)溶出和產(chǎn)酸量影響的研究表明,ZVI與APG對(duì)此均有促進(jìn)作用,在0.2 g/gTSS APG與不同ZVI投加量下促進(jìn)水解效果最為明顯,最大可溶性蛋白、糖濃度分別為空白的2.4倍、6.5倍,并在0.5 g/gTSS ZVI、0.2 g/gTSS APG時(shí)有機(jī)酸濃度為空白的4.4倍;對(duì)有機(jī)酸分布的影響表明,共同投加后能夠明顯改變其分布,乙酸得到累積,保持在50%以上;對(duì)蛋白酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶活性影響的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),其活力都得到了提高,相對(duì)活性分別為空白的1.4倍與1.9倍;對(duì)污泥表面張力影響的研究表明,APG仍能穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮降低污泥表面張力的作用。在0.5 g/gTSS ZVI與0.2 g/gTSS APG時(shí),溫度與pH影響的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),pH為7或者溫度為30℃時(shí),產(chǎn)酸量最大。最后對(duì)三種方法的水解和產(chǎn)酸過(guò)程進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)擬合。三種促進(jìn)方法發(fā)酵過(guò)程中,在30℃條件下,水解過(guò)程均符合一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型;單獨(dú)投加ZVI時(shí),產(chǎn)酸過(guò)程符合Logistic方程所表現(xiàn)的s形曲線;單獨(dú)投加APG或與ZVI共同投加時(shí),產(chǎn)酸過(guò)程符合零級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。
[Abstract]:The reduction and reuse of excess sludge in municipal wastewater treatment plants has become a hot issue in the field of environment.Anaerobic digestion is an effective method. As an important product of anaerobic digestion, SCFAsS can be used in the denitrification process of wastewater treatment, but its low acid-producing efficiency makes it difficult to be popularized.In this paper, three methods, ZVIN, APG, ZVI and APG, were studied in order to enhance the fermentation of sludge to produce acid and to accumulate a large amount of SCFAs, the intermediate product of anaerobic fermentation of sludge.Adding ZVI alone can promote anaerobic digestion of sludge.The effect of ZVI on the distribution of organic acids showed that ZVI did not affect its distribution, but acetic acid could not be accumulated and was only 4.7. the study of the effects of protease and 偽 -glucosidase on the activity of hydrolases showed that ZVI could promote the activity of ZVI.The relative activity was 1.9 times and 1.8 times higher than that of the blank, respectively.The effects of organic matter dissolution and acid production in sludge were studied. The results showed that during fermentation, the effect was the most obvious at 0.2 g/gTSS. The maximum soluble protein, sugar and organic acid concentration were increased to 2.3-fold and 4.1 times of blank, respectively.The study on the distribution of organic acids showed that APG could obviously change its distribution, and acetic acid was accumulated, taking 0.2 g/gTSS APG as an example, kept above 50%.The effect of protease and 偽-glucosidase activity on the activity of APG was found to change its activity, and 偽-glucosidase was 1.4 times as much as blank.The study on the effect of APG on surface tension of sludge showed that the combination of ZVI and APG could promote the hydrolysis, digestion and accumulation of organic acids in sludge.The effects of ZVI and APG on the dissolution of organic matter and acid production in sludge were studied. The hydrolysis effect was most obvious at the dosage of 0.2 g/gTSS APG and different dosage of ZVI, the maximum soluble protein and sugar concentration were 2.4 times and 6.5 times as much as that of the blank, respectively.The concentration of organic acid at 0.5 g/gTSS ZVIX 0.2 g/gTSS APG was 4.4 times of that of blank, and the effect on the distribution of organic acid showed that the distribution of organic acid could be changed obviously after adding together, and acetic acid was accumulated and kept above 50%.The effects of protease and 偽 -glucosidase activity on the activity of protease and 偽 -glucosidase were studied. It was found that the activity of protease and 偽 -glucosidase were increased by 1.4 times and 1.9 times of the blank respectively.The effect of APG on the surface tension of sludge was studied, which showed that APG could still play a stable role in reducing the surface tension of sludge.At 0.5 g/gTSS ZVI and 0.2 g/gTSS APG, the effect of temperature and pH on acid production was found to be the highest at pH 7 or 30 鈩,
