生物質(zhì)基磁性吸附劑處理鉛冶煉廢水的研究

【摘要】:隨著鉛冶煉行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,由此產(chǎn)生的廢水污染問題愈加突出,甚至開始制約冶煉行業(yè)自身的生存和發(fā)展,針對這類含重金屬種類多、酸性較強的廢水,如何提高處理效率、降低處理成本,成為研究者關(guān)注的熱點。本論文以廣西大量種植的速生桉樹葉為原料,改性加磁后成功制得生物質(zhì)基磁性吸附劑(ELMA),并對其表面特性、物質(zhì)組成和磁學(xué)性能等進行表征;考察了ELMA的磁分離能力;探索了ELMA對單一溶液、復(fù)合溶液以及實際廢水中重金屬離子的吸附行為;最后,以某鉛冶煉廠綜合廢水為例,通過分析和計算確定最佳工藝參數(shù),設(shè)計出一種新型吸附工藝。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)桉葉粉改性加磁后,比表面積從原來的18.195 m2/g提高到20.720 m2/g,相應(yīng)的孔容和平均孔徑也有所增大;生成了磁性Fe304晶體,其飽和磁化率為11.56 emu/g,具有超順磁性,在0.5T磁場下能快速分離。(2) ELMA的投加量、溶液初始pH、反應(yīng)時間都對單一和復(fù)合模擬廢水中重金屬離子的去除有影響,且吸附過程都與偽二級動力學(xué)擬合較好,相關(guān)系數(shù)均達到0.999以上。(3) FTIR分析得出吸附劑上的.OH、-NH、C=C、C=O、C-OH和Fe-O等官能團可能參與了ELMA對金屬離子的吸附過程;且ELMA的加入對反應(yīng)體系的pH起到緩沖作用。(4)常溫下,反應(yīng)時間30 min,投加量為8 g/L, pH為7時,ELMA處理鉛冶煉廢水后的出水中Pb(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)未檢出,Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)和As(Ⅱ)的含量分別是0.29、0.02和0.01 mg/L,均滿足排放標準(GB25466-2010)綜上表明,生物質(zhì)基磁性吸附劑ELMA具有良好的吸附性能和較高的磁分離能力,其工藝在技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟上是合理可行的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of lead smelting industry, the problem of wastewater pollution becomes more and more prominent, and even restricts the survival and development of smelting industry itself. How to improve the treatment efficiency of this kind of wastewater which contains many kinds of heavy metals and strong acidity.Reducing the cost of processing has become the focus of attention of researchers.In this paper, the biomass-based magnetic adsorbent was successfully prepared from the fast-growing eucalyptus leaves grown in Guangxi, and its surface properties, composition and magnetic properties were characterized, and the magnetic separation ability of ELMA was investigated.The adsorption behavior of heavy metal ions in single solution, composite solution and actual wastewater by ELMA was explored. Finally, a new adsorption process was designed by analyzing and calculating the optimum process parameters of a lead smelter wastewater.The results are as follows: 1) the specific surface area increased from 18.195 m2 / g to 20.720 m2 / g after modification of eucalyptus powder, and the corresponding pore volume and average pore size were also increased. The magnetic Fe304 crystal was formed and its saturation magnetization was 11.56 emu / g, which was superparamagnetic.The dosage of ELMA, the initial pH of the solution, and the reaction time can all affect the removal of heavy metal ions from the single and complex wastewater under 0.5T magnetic field, and the adsorption process is in good agreement with the pseudo-second-order kinetics.The correlation coefficients are all above 0.999. FTIR analysis shows that the functional groups, such as.
