西安市污水資源化對(duì)水資源承載力的貢獻(xiàn)研究

【摘要】:西安市作為西北干旱缺水地區(qū)的典型城市,隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程,水資源短缺和水環(huán)境污染問題日益嚴(yán)重。污水資源化具有開源節(jié)流的雙重作用,一方面增加了供水總量,另一方面減少污染物的排放,緩解水質(zhì)性缺水現(xiàn)狀,通過這兩個(gè)途徑降低缺水程度,從而增強(qiáng)水資源對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展的支撐能力。在國(guó)外集中式和分散式污水資源化都已被廣泛利用,但西安市污水資源化尚處于初級(jí)階段,缺乏定量化的理論支撐與科學(xué)的污水資源化發(fā)展策略。這使得污水資源化對(duì)水資源承載力的貢獻(xiàn)研究及發(fā)展策略的研究具重要意義。本研究正是基于以上現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,預(yù)測(cè)西安市污水資源化對(duì)水資源承載力的貢獻(xiàn)并優(yōu)選發(fā)展策略。本研究首先對(duì)西安市概況、水資源現(xiàn)狀、水環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀與污水資源化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,探尋西安市污水資源化的前景。進(jìn)而對(duì)水資源承載力系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,提出了水資源承載力系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成的體系和層次,將該系統(tǒng)劃分為社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、水資源與環(huán)境四個(gè)子系統(tǒng),探討了再生水回用于各方向的可行性、對(duì)水資源承載力系統(tǒng)的多層次、復(fù)雜、時(shí)變、多重反饋等特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析討論。分析分散式污水資源化及集中式污水資源化與社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、水資源和環(huán)境各子系統(tǒng)變量的反饋關(guān)系,確立了變量之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系,建立了水資源承載力系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,給出了模型中相關(guān)參數(shù)的計(jì)算方法,并運(yùn)用直觀檢驗(yàn)、運(yùn)行檢驗(yàn)、歷史檢驗(yàn)等方法進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。運(yùn)用該模型進(jìn)行了延續(xù)現(xiàn)狀模式下西安市2014~2030年水資源承載力的預(yù)測(cè),并以不同的分散式污水資源化增長(zhǎng)率和集中式污水資源化增長(zhǎng)率作為決策變量,設(shè)計(jì)了六種西安市污水資源化發(fā)展方案并進(jìn)行模擬預(yù)測(cè),分析不同方案下西安市水資源承載力的變化,探究污水資源化對(duì)西安市水資源承載力的貢獻(xiàn),并選出集中式污水資源化和分散式污水資源化的最優(yōu)發(fā)展策略。本研究得到2012年國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(12BGL083)的資助。
[Abstract]:Xi'an is a typical city in arid and water shortage area in northwest China. With the process of urbanization, water resources shortage and water environment pollution are becoming more and more serious.On the one hand, it increases the total amount of water supply, on the other hand, it reduces the discharge of pollutants, alleviates the present situation of water shortage, and reduces the degree of water shortage through these two ways.In order to enhance the sustainable development of water resources social and economic support capacity.Both centralized and decentralized wastewater resources have been widely used in foreign countries, but Xi'an sewage reuse is still in the primary stage, lacking of quantitative theoretical support and scientific development strategy of sewage reuse.This makes it important to study the contribution of sewage reuse to water resources carrying capacity and the research of development strategy.Based on the above practical problems, this study predicts the contribution of wastewater reuse to water resources carrying capacity in Xi'an city and optimizes the development strategies.In this study, the general situation of Xi'an, water resources, water environment and sewage resource status were analyzed, and the prospect of sewage reuse in Xi'an city was explored.Then the system of water resources carrying capacity is studied, and the system and level of water resources carrying capacity system are put forward. The system is divided into four subsystems: society, economy, water resources and environment.The feasibility of reclaimed water reuse in various directions is discussed. The characteristics of multi-level, complex, time-varying and multi-feedback of water resources carrying capacity system are analyzed and discussed.This paper analyzes the feedback relationship between decentralized sewage reuse and centralized sewage reuse and the variables of social, economic, water resources and environment subsystems, establishes the functional relations among variables, and establishes the system dynamics model of water resources carrying capacity.The calculation method of the related parameters in the model is given, and the methods of visual inspection, running test and historical test are used to test the model.The model is used to predict the carrying capacity of water resources in Xi'an from 2014-2030 under the model of continuation of current situation, and the growth rates of different decentralized sewage resources and centralized sewage resources are taken as decision variables.In this paper, six development schemes of sewage reuse in Xi'an are designed and simulated, and the changes of water resources carrying capacity in Xi'an under different schemes are analyzed, and the contribution of sewage reuse to water resources carrying capacity of Xi'an is explored.The optimal development strategies of centralized and decentralized sewage resources are also selected.This study was supported by the 2012 National Social Science Foundation Project No. 12 BGL083.
