【摘要】：清潔發(fā)展機制(CDM)項目是發(fā)達國家向發(fā)展中國家進行低碳技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的重要途徑之一。中國是CDM項目的大國,為研究CDM項目在我國分布的區(qū)域差異性,探究低碳技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的實現(xiàn)路徑,首先用因子分析法提煉區(qū)域特征指標,再用聚類法將中國30個省市分為4類區(qū)域。然后研究了2005~2013年間區(qū)域CDM項目分布的影響因素。結(jié)果顯示:區(qū)域技術(shù)投入對CDM項目分布存在抑制作用,技術(shù)水平越高的區(qū)域其影響愈大;經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平則與CDM項目分布呈正相關(guān),區(qū)域可以通過提升經(jīng)濟實力帶來更多的CDM投資機遇;而能源投資因其與溫室氣體排放密切相關(guān),所以對CDM項目分布有正向影響;產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是造成CDM項目分布區(qū)域差異性的主要因素,區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中第二產(chǎn)業(yè)比重對CDM項目的分布產(chǎn)生積極的影響。
[Abstract]:The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project is one of the important ways for developed countries to transfer low-carbon technologies to developing countries. China is a large country of CDM projects, in order to study the regional differences in the distribution of CDM projects in China. To explore the realization path of low-carbon technology transfer, we first use factor analysis method to extract regional characteristic indicators, Then, 30 provinces and cities in China were divided into 4 categories by cluster method. Then the factors influencing the distribution of regional CDM projects in 2005 and 2013 were studied. The results showed that the regional technical input could inhibit the distribution of CDM projects. The higher the level of technology, the greater the impact; the higher the level of economic development and the distribution of CDM projects, the region can bring more CDM investment opportunities by enhancing economic strength; and the energy investment is closely related to greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, the distribution of CDM projects has a positive impact, and the industrial structure is the main factor that causes the regional differences of the distribution of CDM projects. The proportion of secondary industries in the regional industrial structure has a positive impact on the distribution of CDM projects.
