【摘要】：隨著“十二五”期間我國公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的不斷完善,公路項(xiàng)目將涉及到我國不同的地域環(huán)境,公路項(xiàng)目在推進(jìn)區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),其點(diǎn)多、線長(zhǎng)、面廣的特點(diǎn),使公路在整個(gè)實(shí)施階段的環(huán)境問題呈現(xiàn)出多樣化和區(qū)域化的特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),不同類型的地域環(huán)境對(duì)公路項(xiàng)目帶來的制約性、易損性等影響也越來越突出。因此,在可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)下,加強(qiáng)不同類型地域環(huán)境與公路項(xiàng)目本身相互影響、相互作用的分析研究,以實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合公路、智慧公路、綠色公路、平安公路。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法等方法,基于地域因素和公路因素的系統(tǒng)分析,劃分出不同類型地域和公路項(xiàng)目的類型,特別是在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中不同類型地域的劃分。在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)不同類型地域下公路項(xiàng)目的線路線性、參數(shù)、施工難度、運(yùn)行效率、運(yùn)行安全、總成本以及密度、等級(jí)、客貨運(yùn)量方面呈現(xiàn)的特點(diǎn),并分析了地形地貌、氣候條件、社會(huì)環(huán)境的不同組合下的地域環(huán)境與公路項(xiàng)目的相互影響的相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)。最后,針對(duì)毛烏素沙漠與榆靖高速公路、青藏高原與多拉麻科至雜多段公路、秦嶺山區(qū)與西漢高速公路,分析這三種具體應(yīng)用地域和具體公路之間相互影響的方式以及影響程度,進(jìn)一步論證不同類型地域環(huán)境與公路項(xiàng)目的相互影響的相同點(diǎn)與不同點(diǎn)。本研究有利于減輕公路項(xiàng)目對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境的危害,以及避免公路項(xiàng)目受到當(dāng)?shù)氐赜颦h(huán)境的影響,為公路項(xiàng)目全程環(huán)境管理與環(huán)境保護(hù)的科學(xué)決策、實(shí)施和管理提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the "12th Five-Year" during our country highway network planning continues to improve, the highway project will involve in different geographical environment, the highway project in promoting regional social economic development and at the same time, the point, line, a wide range of features, the highway environment problem in the whole implementation stage showing the characteristics of diversification and Regionalization at the same time, constraints of different types of geographical environment on the highway project, effects of vulnerability is more and more outstanding. Therefore, the strategy of sustainable development under the guidance of different types of regional environment and strengthen the highway project itself mutual influence, interaction analysis, in order to achieve the comprehensive Road, wisdom road, green road Ping An, highway. This study adopts the literature research method, case study method, field survey method, analysis system of regional factors and road factors based on the division of different types and regional highway The type of project, especially in the practical application of different types of regional division. On this basis, summarizes the different types of regional highway line linear parameters, construction difficulty, operation efficiency, safe operation, total cost and density, grade, characteristics of passenger and freight traffic has, and analyzes the topography, climate the same conditions, mutual effects of different combinations of the social environment under the geographical environment and the highway project and different points. Finally, according to the Maowusu Desert and Yujing highway, Qinghai Tibet Plateau and Dora hydrophyllaceae to Zaduo Road, Qinling Mountains mountain and Xi'an-Hanzhong expressway, analyze the interaction way between the three application areas and the concrete highway and the extent of the same point, further demonstrates the mutual influence of different types of regional environment and highway project and different points. This study will help reduce the highway project It also provides basis for scientific decision-making, implementation and management of environmental management and environmental protection for highway projects.
