新型垂直式垃圾壓縮機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與分析

【摘要】:城市生活垃圾轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站在當(dāng)前城市衛(wèi)生改善方面意義重大,而垂直式垃圾壓縮機(jī)是轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站中使用最廣泛的一種裝置。現(xiàn)有的垂直式垃圾壓縮機(jī)普遍存在質(zhì)量重、體積大、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、房屋造價(jià)高,安全系數(shù)低等問題。本文結(jié)合同類垃圾中轉(zhuǎn)站壓縮設(shè)備的優(yōu)點(diǎn)并聯(lián)系實(shí)習(xí)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際情況,對(duì)現(xiàn)有垃圾中轉(zhuǎn)站壓縮設(shè)備進(jìn)行改進(jìn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型垂直式垃圾壓縮機(jī)。主要工作內(nèi)容如下:1、在設(shè)計(jì)上主要改進(jìn)了原有垃圾壓縮機(jī)的壓頭布置的方式和四立柱支架。布置方式的改進(jìn)縮短了壓縮油缸行程,提高了工作效率,降低了整機(jī)質(zhì)量;四立柱支架的改進(jìn),節(jié)省了材料,降低了整機(jī)高度,使得垃圾站房屋建筑費(fèi)用降低。本文同時(shí)對(duì)壓縮機(jī)的箱體、推板、導(dǎo)向輪組等機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),并設(shè)計(jì)了廢液排放裝置。2、對(duì)新型垂直式垃圾壓縮機(jī)壓頭支架部分進(jìn)行了有限元強(qiáng)度分析,對(duì)其應(yīng)力集中區(qū)域進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)化,優(yōu)化后的支架能夠滿足材料的許用應(yīng)力要求。另外,由于壓縮機(jī)構(gòu)受反復(fù)載荷作用,故對(duì)該機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了疲勞可靠性分析,確定其使用壽命約為5年。3、設(shè)計(jì)了新型垂直式垃圾壓縮機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行仿真分析。設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)與以往相比,節(jié)省了壓縮時(shí)間,提高了壓縮效率,減少了能量損耗。4、建立了新型垂直式垃圾壓縮機(jī)垃圾壓縮數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過系統(tǒng)仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)學(xué)模型的準(zhǔn)確性,分析結(jié)果比較符合實(shí)際情況。
[Abstract]:The municipal solid waste transfer station is of great significance in the improvement of urban sanitation at present, and the vertical garbage compressor is the most widely used device in the transfer station. The structure is unreasonable, the building cost is high, the safety factor is low, and so on. This paper combines the advantages of the same kind of garbage transfer station compression equipment and the actual production situation of the practice enterprise to improve the existing refuse transfer station compression equipment. A new type of vertical garbage compressor is designed. The main work is as follows: 1. In the design, the pressure head arrangement of the original garbage compressor and the support of the four columns are mainly improved. The improvement of the arrangement mode shortens the stroke of the compressed cylinder. It improves the working efficiency and reduces the quality of the whole machine, the improvement of the four-pillar support saves the material, reduces the height of the whole machine, and reduces the building cost of the garbage station. The guide wheel group and other mechanisms are improved, and the waste liquid discharge device .2is designed. The finite element strength analysis of the pressure head support of the new vertical garbage compressor is carried out, and the stress concentration area is strengthened. The optimized support can meet the allowable stress requirement of the material. In addition, the fatigue reliability of the compression mechanism is analyzed because of the repeated load. The service life of the system is about 5 years. The hydraulic system of the new vertical garbage compressor is designed and simulated. Compared with the past, the design system saves the compression time and improves the compression efficiency. A new type of vertical garbage compressor garbage compression mathematical model is established by reducing energy loss. The accuracy of the mathematical model is verified by system simulation and experimental analysis. The results of the analysis are in line with the actual situation.
