寶鋼鋼渣磁選尾礦脫磷清潔生產(chǎn)新工藝的研究

【摘要】:我國是鋼鐵生產(chǎn)大國,鋼渣產(chǎn)量巨大,但利用率較低,僅為30~40%。而鋼渣在鋼鐵企業(yè)內(nèi)部循環(huán)利用是促使鋼渣少排放以致零排放的最佳途徑,也是鋼渣大宗量應(yīng)用的最好途徑。但是,鋼渣在鋼鐵企業(yè)內(nèi)部循環(huán)利用遇到了磷富集問題。因此,脫除鋼渣中的磷是鋼渣作為部分燒結(jié)替代熔劑使用的關(guān)鍵研究課題。本課題根據(jù)化學(xué)選礦、濕法冶金原理與探索試驗,提出寶鋼鋼渣磁選尾礦脫磷清潔生產(chǎn)的新工藝。研究了氯化銨溶液處理寶鋼鋼渣磁選尾礦的浸出性能,獲得的氯化銨溶液處理鋼渣磁選尾礦的最佳工藝條件為:氯化銨與氧化鈣的物質(zhì)的量比為2:1;鋼渣粒度200目;浸出溫度室溫(20~25℃);液固比(v/m)5:1;攪拌強度380 r·min-1;攪拌時間90 min。在此條件下,鋼渣磁選尾礦浸出率可達到18.70%左右。浸出后的料漿濾液經(jīng)補氨和通二氧化碳沉鈣獲得可作為燒結(jié)原料的碳酸鈣。沉鈣后濾液調(diào)整氯化銨濃度,返回循環(huán)浸出鋼渣磁選尾礦。硫酸浸出氯化銨浸渣的最佳工藝條件為:硫酸質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為10%、鋼渣尾礦粒度為200目、室溫(20~25℃)、液固比(v/m)8:1、攪拌強度230 r·min-1及攪拌時間90 min。在此條件下,酸浸脫磷率穩(wěn)定在80%以上。分離出來的硫酸浸出渣含磷(P2O5)僅為0.292%,可以直接用作燒結(jié)原料。酸浸液石灰混凝沉淀脫磷的最佳工藝條件與參數(shù)為:石灰實際投入量與理論投入量比2.17:1,反應(yīng)時間60 min,反應(yīng)后沉降時間3.5 h,反應(yīng)溫度為室溫(20~25℃),攪拌強度230 r·min-1。在此條件下,除磷率在98%以上,且除磷渣還可以進一步加工為其他化工產(chǎn)品。寶鋼鋼渣磁選尾礦脫磷清潔生產(chǎn)的新工藝,可分離出更多的無磷燒結(jié)原料,使鋼渣達到了有效利用,降低了鋼鐵企業(yè)廢渣的排放,可作為鋼鐵企業(yè)鋼渣尾礦綜合利用技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big country of iron and steel production, the output of steel slag is huge, but the utilization ratio is low, it is only 30 ~ 400.The best way to promote steel slag discharge is to recycle steel slag in iron and steel enterprises. It is also the best way to apply large amount of steel slag. However, the recycling of steel slag in iron and steel enterprises has encountered the problem of phosphorus enrichment. The removal of phosphorus from steel slag is a key research topic in the use of steel slag as a partially sintered alternative flux. This subject is based on chemical ore dressing, hydrometallurgical principles and exploratory tests. A new process of dephosphorization and clean production of steel slag magnetic separation tailings in Baosteel was put forward. The leaching performance of ammonium chloride solution for treating Baosteel steel slag magnetic separation tailings was studied. The optimum processing conditions of ammonium chloride solution for magnetic separation tailings of steel slag are as follows: the ratio of ammonium chloride to calcium oxide is 2: 1, the particle size of steel slag is 200 mesh; The leaching temperature is 20 ~ 25 鈩,
