基于PKS的脫硫控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)具有強(qiáng)藕合性、不確定性、非線性和大純滯后等特征,是過(guò)程控制中一種典型的控制對(duì)象。通過(guò)對(duì)煙氣脫硫控制系統(tǒng)的研究,可以提供煙氣脫硫控制系統(tǒng)在工業(yè)過(guò)程控制中的理論研究和實(shí)際應(yīng)用指導(dǎo)。本文針對(duì)火力發(fā)電廠煙氣脫硫控制系統(tǒng)的特征以及PKS系統(tǒng)自帶的算法庫(kù)并不能很好的解決所遇到的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了基于參數(shù)自校正的模糊PID控制系統(tǒng),主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面:本文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀并對(duì)工業(yè)中的幾大控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)分析各個(gè)煙氣脫硫控制系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)并結(jié)合工業(yè)控制,對(duì)濕法煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)工藝進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了工藝描述,分析了影響脫硫率的幾個(gè)重要因素。然后對(duì)煙氣脫硫控制系統(tǒng)的整個(gè)硬件結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,介紹了控制系統(tǒng)的硬件選型和數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)的配置。根據(jù)各個(gè)控制子系統(tǒng)的要求,采用PKS系統(tǒng)對(duì)脫硫控制系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了組態(tài),完成了對(duì)煙氣脫硫控制各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的具體控制與設(shè)計(jì)。介紹了煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)控制器的原理和設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)介紹了模糊PID控制器的控制規(guī)則并建立了模糊控制規(guī)則表,使用誤差加速度、變論域思想、自推調(diào)節(jié)算法和受控自回歸滑動(dòng)平均模型設(shè)計(jì)了脫硫控制系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)自校正模糊PID控制器。最后使用OPC技術(shù)建立MATLAB與PKS系統(tǒng)的通訊,快速準(zhǔn)確的獲得煙氣脫硫控制系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)了控制算法在PKS系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。參數(shù)自校正模糊PID控制器與常規(guī)的PID控制器、模糊PID控制器從理論設(shè)計(jì)到最后的控制效果進(jìn)行了比較。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,參數(shù)自校正模糊PID控制器相對(duì)于常規(guī)的模糊PID控制器系統(tǒng)具有更小的超調(diào)量、更快的響應(yīng)速度和更好的魯棒穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Flue gas desulfurization system has the characteristics of strong coupling, uncertainty, nonlinearity and large pure hysteresis. It is a typical control object in process control. It can provide theoretical research and practical application guidance of FGD control system in industrial process control. This paper aims at the characteristics of FGD control system in thermal power plant and the algorithm library of PKS system is not very good. To solve the problems encountered, A fuzzy PID control system based on parameter self-tuning is designed. The main research contents include the following aspects: firstly, this paper introduces the development and present situation of domestic flue gas desulfurization system control technology, and analyzes several control systems in industry. The characteristics of the system and industrial control, The process of wet flue gas desulfurization system is designed, and the process of each subsystem is described. Several important factors affecting desulphurization rate are analyzed. Then the whole hardware structure of flue gas desulfurization control system is analyzed, and the hardware selection and data point configuration of the control system are introduced. The PKS system is used to configure each subsystem of FGD control system, and the concrete control and design of FGD control subsystem are completed. The principle and design of FGD system controller are introduced. The control rules of fuzzy PID controller are introduced emphatically and the fuzzy control rule table is established. The parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID controller of desulphurization control system is designed by using self-pushing adjustment algorithm and controlled autoregressive moving average model. Finally, the communication between MATLAB and PKS system is established by using OPC technology. The data information of FGD control system is obtained quickly and accurately, and the application of control algorithm in PKS system is realized. The parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID controller and the conventional PID controller are used. The experimental results show that the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID controller has a smaller overshoot than the conventional fuzzy PID controller system. Faster response speed and better robust stability.
