【摘要】：本文從江西省生態(tài)治理效率的投入產(chǎn)出視角構(gòu)建包括工業(yè)污染治理投資額和企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新指標(biāo)的計(jì)量模型,對(duì)比分析工業(yè)"三廢"的治理效率。研究表明:生態(tài)治理的外部投入對(duì)于生態(tài)治理效率存在一定的差異,生態(tài)治理的內(nèi)部投入對(duì)于生態(tài)治理效率有正向促進(jìn)作用,而且,江西省生態(tài)治理的內(nèi)部投入對(duì)于促進(jìn)生態(tài)治理效率提高的作用要大于外部投入。因此,要繼續(xù)適當(dāng)增加生態(tài)治理投資,促進(jìn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和防污技術(shù)水平提高,構(gòu)建生態(tài)治理多方參與主體。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of input-output of ecological governance efficiency in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an econometric model, which includes the investment amount of industrial pollution control and the technological innovation index of enterprises. The study shows that the external input of ecological governance has some difference on the efficiency of ecological governance, and the internal input of ecological governance has a positive effect on the efficiency of ecological governance, and the external input of ecological governance has a positive effect on the efficiency of ecological governance, and the external input of ecological governance has a positive effect on the efficiency of ecological governance. The internal investment of ecological governance in Jiangxi Province plays a greater role than the external input in promoting the efficiency of ecological governance. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to appropriately increase the investment in ecological governance, and to promote the innovation of production technology and the improvement of the level of pollution prevention technology in enterprises. Construct the main body of ecological governance.
