液態(tài)添加劑對CFB鍋爐SNCR脫硝的影響

【摘要】:為提高SNCR脫硝技術(shù)在低溫下的脫硝效率,選取乙醇、NaCl、Na OH三種液態(tài)物質(zhì)作為添加劑,在小型機(jī)理脫硝實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)和中等規(guī)模脫硝實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)上開展了研究。研究結(jié)果表明,小型實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)上,650℃、添加劑加入比例0~0.6條件下,乙醇可將脫硝效率從5%提升到45%,微量的(20×10-6)NaCl可以提高800℃以上的脫硝效率。在中等規(guī)模脫硝實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)上,乙醇因具有最佳的混合條件不同溫度下對脫硝的促進(jìn)作用差異明顯,NaCl,NaOH因床料含有Na對脫硝無明顯促進(jìn)作用。添加劑與還原劑混合條件、床料成分等會(huì)使添加劑在CFB鍋爐實(shí)際使用過程中產(chǎn)生與機(jī)理實(shí)驗(yàn)相差較大的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the denitrification efficiency of SNCR denitrification technology at low temperature, three kinds of liquid substances, NaCl-NaOH, were selected as additives.
