提高GCMS離子源溫度準(zhǔn)確定量低濃度DEHP和PAHs

【摘要】:為解決GCMS難以準(zhǔn)確定量環(huán)境樣品中低濃度多環(huán)芳烴、酞酸酯類等高沸點(diǎn)、難揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的難題,對(duì)比了GC進(jìn)樣口溫度與MS溫度對(duì)測(cè)定低濃度鄰苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(DEHP)、PAHs的影響。結(jié)果證明,MS離子源溫度是準(zhǔn)確定量DEHP、PAHs的關(guān)鍵因素,通過(guò)提高M(jìn)S離子源溫度能大幅度提高PAHs的靈敏度,且MS溫度對(duì)沸點(diǎn)越高的PAHs靈敏度影響越大。在高M(jìn)S離子源溫度(330℃)條件下,建立了16種PAHs的SIM校準(zhǔn)曲線,定量濃度低至5 ng/m L,表現(xiàn)出極高的靈敏度。為今后開發(fā)各類環(huán)境中低濃度難揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的GCMS定量方法提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that GCMS is difficult to accurately quantify low concentration polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), phthalates and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in environmental samples, The effects of GC injection temperature and MS temperature on the determination of low concentration DEHP- (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate PAHs were compared. The results showed that the temperature of MS ion source was the key factor for accurate quantification of DEHP- (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate PAHs. The sensitivity of PAHs can be greatly improved by increasing the temperature of MS ion source, and the influence of MS temperature on the sensitivity of PAHs with higher boiling point is greater.
