【摘要】：21世紀(jì)的今天,生態(tài)環(huán)境的日益惡化己成為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),嚴(yán)重影響到了人類(lèi)社會(huì)的生存和發(fā)展。人們開(kāi)始逐漸意識(shí)到,人類(lèi)要實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,就必須與自然和諧相處,就必須尋求新的發(fā)展模式,建立一種新型的文明和社會(huì)發(fā)展形態(tài),生態(tài)文明應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展都取得了舉世矚目的成就。然而,伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的飛速發(fā)展,我們賴(lài)以生存的生態(tài)環(huán)境卻因歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)因素的綜合影響,遭受了嚴(yán)重污染與破壞,并呈現(xiàn)出日益惡化的趨勢(shì)。我黨和國(guó)家始終高度重視生態(tài)環(huán)境問(wèn)題,黨的十七大明確提出生態(tài)文明建設(shè),十八大把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提升到戰(zhàn)略高度,把其與經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)建設(shè)納入社會(huì)主義事業(yè)“五位一體”總體布局。建設(shè)生態(tài)文明,實(shí)現(xiàn)“天藍(lán)、地綠、水凈”是關(guān)乎人民福祉、關(guān)乎民族未來(lái)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)大計(jì)。本文緊跟時(shí)代形勢(shì),堅(jiān)持與時(shí)俱進(jìn),密切聯(lián)系當(dāng)前的社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的十八大及十八屆三中、四中全會(huì)精神,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、多學(xué)科綜合研究方法和系統(tǒng)論與整體觀研究等方法,對(duì)我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探索和研究,文章分為五部分。文章的緒論部分,主要介紹了論文選題的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,評(píng)析論文選題的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,論述了論文的基本思路、主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)和研究方法;第一章主要系統(tǒng)說(shuō)明了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)理論,對(duì)其理論內(nèi)涵、理論構(gòu)成、理論特點(diǎn)三方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述;第二章主要研究中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的歷史進(jìn)程、主要成就和嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)一一進(jìn)行了論述;第三章則是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的對(duì)策思考,從指導(dǎo)思想、制度建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式和全民意識(shí)四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了闡述。結(jié)束語(yǔ)對(duì)文章的研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)未來(lái)研究進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the worsening of ecological environment has become a severe challenge to the sustainable development of economy and society, which has seriously affected the survival and development of human society. We must live in harmony with nature, we must seek new models of development, we must establish a new form of civilization and social development, and ecological civilization has emerged as the times require. China's economic construction and social development have made remarkable achievements. However, with the rapid development of economy and society, the ecological environment on which we live is influenced by historical and realistic factors. The Party and the country have always attached great importance to the ecological environment problems, and the 17th National Congress of the Party has clearly proposed the construction of ecological civilization, and in 18, the construction of ecological civilization has been promoted to a strategic height. To integrate it with economic, political, cultural and social construction into the overall layout of the socialist cause of "five in one". Building ecological civilization and realizing "sky blue, green earth, clean water" is of vital importance to the well-being of the people. This paper closely follows the times, insists on keeping pace with the times, closely links with the current hot social issues, deeply studies and implements the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 18 National Congress of the CPC and the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee, and adopts the literature research method. The article is divided into five parts: the introduction part of the article, the comprehensive research method of multi-discipline and the research method of system theory and the whole view, etc, to explore and study the construction of ecological civilization in our country. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical and practical significance of the topic of the thesis, comments on the domestic and foreign research status of the topic, discusses the basic ideas of the paper, the main innovation points and research methods; The first chapter systematically explains the construction theory of the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and discusses its theoretical connotation, theoretical composition and theoretical characteristics in detail. The second chapter mainly studies the current situation of the construction of the ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and discusses the historical process, main achievements and severe challenges of the construction of the ecological civilization in China. The third chapter is the countermeasures of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, from the guiding ideology, system construction, economic growth mode and the consciousness of the whole people. The future research is also prospected.
