新型一體化裝置處理村鎮(zhèn)污水試驗研究

【摘要】:依據(jù)我國村鎮(zhèn)污水處理的技術要求及村鎮(zhèn)污水水質、水量特點,提出了一種新型一體化裝置。該裝置采用活性污泥法與厭氧/缺氧相結合,并運用一體化的設計理念,集好氧、缺氧、厭氧于同一反應池。通過模擬村鎮(zhèn)污水的運行,研究了新型一體化裝置曝氣/攪拌交替運行的最佳條件。結果表明:在水力停留時間為6 h,當曝氣/攪拌交替運行的循環(huán)周期和時間比例分別為120 min和40∶80條件下,裝置能同時實現(xiàn)對COD、TN、TP的去除,COD、TN、TP的平均去除率分別為86.1%、84.3%、77.4%,且出水水質保持穩(wěn)定,出水COD、TN達到GB 18918—2002《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標準》一級A標準,出水TP達到一級B標準。
[Abstract]:According to the technical requirements of wastewater treatment in villages and towns in China and the characteristics of water quality and quantity of wastewater in villages and towns, a new type of integrated device is put forward, which combines the activated sludge process with anaerobic / anoxic process, and uses the integrated design concept to collect aerobic. Anoxic, anaerobic in the same reactor. By simulating the operation of village sewage, The optimum conditions for alternating aeration / stirring operation of a new integrated device are studied. The results show that under the condition of 6 h HRT, the cycle cycle and the ratio of time to time are 120 min and 40: 80, respectively. At the same time, the average removal rate of COD ~ (2 +) -TNT _ (TP) is 86.1 and 84.3n / 77.4 respectively, and the effluent quality is stable. The effluent COD _ (TN) reaches the first class A standard of GB 18918-2002, and the effluent TP is up to the first class B standard.
