【摘要】：目的通過能力驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃,對(duì)全國實(shí)驗(yàn)室的生活飲用水中三氯甲烷含量檢測能力進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià)。方法能力驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃中使用的被測樣品參考二級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)制備方法制備,采用單因子方差分析法和t檢驗(yàn)法分別對(duì)其進(jìn)行均勻性檢驗(yàn)和穩(wěn)定性檢驗(yàn)。將全國多個(gè)行業(yè)系統(tǒng)所屬的329家實(shí)驗(yàn)室提交的結(jié)果進(jìn)行迭代穩(wěn)健統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,采用z比分?jǐn)?shù)評(píng)定各參加實(shí)驗(yàn)室的測試結(jié)果。結(jié)果獲得滿意結(jié)果的實(shí)驗(yàn)室299家,結(jié)果滿意率為90.9%;可疑結(jié)果的有14家,結(jié)果可疑率為4.3%;離群結(jié)果的有16家,結(jié)果離群率為4.9%。結(jié)論能力驗(yàn)證統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,國內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的生活飲用水中三氯甲烷檢測能力總體較好,少部分實(shí)驗(yàn)室的檢測能力有待改進(jìn)提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and evaluate the ability of testing the content of trichloromethane in drinking water in national laboratories through the capability verification program. Single factor variance analysis method and t test method are used to test their homogeneity and stability respectively. The results submitted by 329 laboratories belonging to many industry systems in China are analyzed by iterative robust statistical analysis. The results of the tests in each laboratory were evaluated by z ratio score. The satisfaction rate of the results of 299 laboratories with satisfactory results was 90.9, 14 with suspicious results and 4.3 with suspicious results, and 16 with outlier results. Results the outlier rate was 4.9. Conclusion the statistical results of ability verification show that the detection capacity of trichloromethane in drinking water in domestic laboratories is good in general, and that in a few laboratories the detection capacity needs to be improved.
