【摘要】：本文深入剖析廣東省某化工企業(yè)實(shí)施清潔生產(chǎn)審核過程并將針對(duì)審核重點(diǎn)提出解決方案以期達(dá)到企業(yè)節(jié)能減排、減污增效的目的。這個(gè)分析過程希望可以為化工行業(yè)企業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)審核提供他山之石。從源頭減少甚至消除污染物,是改變我國(guó)企業(yè)目前粗放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的重要措施之一,是工業(yè)防治污染的最佳模式,是建設(shè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的切入點(diǎn),對(duì)實(shí)施可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略也有重要意義。本文通過對(duì)廣東省某化工企業(yè)現(xiàn)在的和計(jì)劃進(jìn)行的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)行預(yù)防污染的分析和評(píng)估,即按照清潔生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)就其生產(chǎn)工藝與裝備、能源資源利用情況、產(chǎn)品及污染物產(chǎn)生狀況、廢物回收利用及環(huán)境管理方面進(jìn)行分析,制定并實(shí)施減少能源、水和原材料使用,消除或減少產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)過程中有毒物質(zhì)的使用,減少各種廢棄物排放及其毒性的方案。最終使企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能、降耗、減污、增效。本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下四大方面:清潔生產(chǎn)研究現(xiàn)狀、化工行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及問題、廣東某企業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀及評(píng)價(jià)、廣東某企業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)審核項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐及結(jié)論。本文的主要研究方法為文獻(xiàn)索引法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察法及定性及定量分析法,通過清潔生產(chǎn)審核的原理,即逐步深入原理、分層嵌入原理、反復(fù)迭代原理、物質(zhì)守恒原理、窮盡枚舉原理,來進(jìn)行清潔生產(chǎn)審核各個(gè)階段的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:This paper deeply analyzes the implementation of cleaner production audit process in a chemical enterprise in Guangdong Province and will propose solutions for the key points of the audit in order to achieve energy saving and emission reduction in enterprises. The purpose of reducing pollution and increasing efficiency. This analysis process hopes to provide another stone for the clean production audit of chemical industry enterprises. Reducing or even eliminating pollutants at the source is one of the important measures to change the current extensive economic development model of Chinese enterprises. It is the best model for industry to prevent and control pollution, and the starting point for the construction of circular economy. It is also of great significance to implement the strategy of sustainable development. Through the analysis and evaluation of the current and planned industrial production of a chemical enterprise in Guangdong Province, the paper analyzes and evaluates its production process and equipment according to the evaluation index of cleaner production. To analyse the utilization of energy resources, the status of production of products and pollutants, waste recycling and environmental management, to formulate and implement reductions in the use of energy, water and raw materials, and to eliminate or reduce the use of toxic substances in products and production processes, The scheme of reducing waste discharge and its toxicity. Finally, the enterprise can realize energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and efficiency increase. The research contents of this paper include the following four aspects: the current situation of cleaner production, the present situation and problems of chemical industry, The present situation and evaluation of cleaner production in a Guangdong enterprise, the management practice and conclusion of cleaner production audit project in a Guangdong enterprise. The main research methods of this paper are literature index method, data analysis method, field inspection method and qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Through the principle of cleaner production audit, that is, step by step principle, layering and embedding principle, iterative principle, material conservation principle and exhaustive enumeration principle, the implementation of each stage of cleaner production audit is carried out.
