通遼污水廠工藝改造、處理水質(zhì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)分析

【摘要】:城市污水處理是高能耗行業(yè)之一。對(duì)城市污水處理廠進(jìn)行能耗分析,發(fā)揮污水處理廠巨大的節(jié)能潛力,提高污水處理廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,是保障投資商活力的重要措施,同時(shí)也有利于緩沖社會(huì)能源日益緊張的局面。應(yīng)從工藝選擇,設(shè)備選用,污泥處理與處置方法選擇等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化控制,節(jié)能降耗。在污水處理廠設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)中,盡可能選擇低能耗,高效率的工藝和設(shè)備;在污水處理廠的運(yùn)行中,要大膽運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)污水和污泥的資源化利用,那么污水處理才能逐漸向高效低能的方向發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)其社會(huì)效益。 本文針對(duì)通遼污水處理廠的工藝改造及其節(jié)能降耗的進(jìn)展,對(duì)主要工藝和設(shè)備進(jìn)行比選,從經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和對(duì)社會(huì)環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行分析,選出最佳方案對(duì)污水處理廠提標(biāo)改造。通過提高出水水質(zhì),不僅使出水達(dá)到國(guó)家一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并且能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)再生水的回用,滿足再生水回用水質(zhì)的要求,可以作為再生水水源回用。對(duì)于工藝污水廠的提標(biāo)改造的技術(shù)問題需要進(jìn)一步的深入研究,本課題將工藝的提標(biāo)改建為主線,并對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境效益展開討論研究,最后提出適合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)性建議。 污水處理廠對(duì)該區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和居民的生活質(zhì)量有十分重要的意義,同時(shí)也抑制了對(duì)周邊環(huán)境的污染。財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)論是可行的。推薦方案的工藝流程具有運(yùn)行成本低的優(yōu)點(diǎn),符合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。 綜上所述,本文中通遼污水處理廠升級(jí)改造工程的建設(shè),在經(jīng)濟(jì)上是合理的,在技術(shù)上是可行的。本課題的研究,可為污水廠的提標(biāo)改造工作提出指導(dǎo)性的建議,也可以為新建污水廠提供新的設(shè)計(jì)思路,為缺水地區(qū)提供了新的用水戰(zhàn)略,所以本課題具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Urban sewage treatment is one of the high energy consumption industries. It is an important measure to ensure the vitality of investors to analyze the energy consumption of urban sewage treatment plants, to give full play to the huge energy saving potential of sewage treatment plants, and to improve the economic benefits of sewage treatment plants. At the same time, it is also beneficial to buffer the increasingly tense situation of social energy. We should optimize the control from the aspects of process selection, equipment selection, sludge treatment and disposal method selection, and save energy and reduce consumption. In the design and construction of sewage treatment plant, Choose low energy consumption and high efficiency processes and equipment as far as possible; in the operation of sewage treatment plants, we should boldly use advanced technologies to realize the reuse of sewage and sludge, and then sewage treatment can gradually develop towards a direction of high efficiency and low energy. Realize its social benefit. In view of the progress of technological transformation and energy saving and consumption reduction in Tongliao sewage treatment Plant, the main processes and equipments are compared and selected, and the economic benefits and impact on social environment are analyzed. By improving the effluent quality, not only can the effluent reach the first class A standard of the country, but also the reclaimed water can be reused to meet the requirements of the reused water quality. It can be used as a reclaimed water source. The technical problems of the upgrading and transformation of the process wastewater treatment plant need to be further studied. This subject takes the upgrading of the process as the main line, and the economic, social and environmental benefits are discussed and studied. Finally, some guiding suggestions for sustainable development are put forward. Sewage treatment plants are of great significance to the economic development of the region and the quality of life of the residents. At the same time, the pollution to the surrounding environment is restrained. The conclusion of financial evaluation is feasible. The process flow of the recommended scheme has the advantages of low operating cost and meets the requirements of emission standards. To sum up, the construction of upgrading and reforming project of Tongliao sewage treatment Plant in this paper is reasonable in economy and feasible in technology. It can also provide a new design idea for the new wastewater treatment plant and a new water use strategy for the lack of water area, so this subject has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.
