濕法煉鋅沉鐵渣和浸鋅渣的焙燒預(yù)處理

【摘要】:采用電阻爐對(duì)濕法煉鋅沉鐵渣和浸鋅渣進(jìn)行焙燒預(yù)處理。考察氧氣濃度、焙燒溫度、焙燒時(shí)間和氣體流量對(duì)沉鐵渣脫硫率以及焙燒礦硫含量的影響;利用XRD和SEM-EDS技術(shù)對(duì)沉鐵渣焙燒礦和浸鋅渣焙燒礦的物相及微觀形貌進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:焙燒脫硫處理濕法煉鋅沉鐵渣和浸鋅渣是可行的;沉鐵渣焙燒預(yù)處理的合適工藝條件為氧氣濃度70%,氣體流量0.2 L/min,經(jīng)1300℃焙燒反應(yīng)20 min,沉鐵渣脫硫率為98.2%,焙燒礦硫含量從8.15%降低到0.253%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),達(dá)到煉鐵入爐原料硫含量的要求;沉鐵渣焙燒礦的物相組成主要是Zn Fe2O4,浸鋅渣焙燒礦的物相組成主要是Zn Fe2O4和Pb2SO5,Pb2SO5的生成表明浸鋅渣中Pb SO4分解脫硫不徹底,這是浸鋅渣焙燒礦硫含量偏高的主要原因。
[Abstract]:The iron slag and zinc leaching slag of hydrometallurgy were pretreated by resistance furnace. The effects of oxygen concentration, calcination temperature, roasting time and gas flow rate on the desulphurization rate and sulfur content of calcined slag were investigated. XRD and SEM-EDS techniques were used to characterize the phase and micromorphology of iron precipitated slag roasting ore and zinc leaching slag roasting ore. The results showed that it was feasible to treat zinc precipitated iron slag and zinc leaching slag by roasting desulphurization. The suitable technological conditions are oxygen concentration 70, gas flow rate 0.2 L / min, calcination reaction at 1300 鈩,
