HERO工藝在煤化工廢水處理與回用中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:介紹了高密度澄清池+V型濾池+樹脂軟化+高效反滲透組合工藝處理某煤化工廢水的效果、設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及調(diào)試運(yùn)行情況。該工程設(shè)計(jì)處理水量為500 m3/h,主要去除水中的SS、硬度、COD。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,高效反滲透(HERO)工藝具有回收率高、出水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定的優(yōu)點(diǎn),其出水可滿足工業(yè)循環(huán)冷卻水補(bǔ)水水質(zhì)的要求。
[Abstract]:The effect of high density clarifier V-type filter resin softening and high efficiency reverse osmosis process on treating coal chemical wastewater is introduced. Design parameters and commissioning operation. The designed water quantity of the project is 500 m3 / h, which mainly removes SSand hardness of COD. The operation results show that the high efficiency reverse osmosis HERO process has the advantages of high recovery rate and stable effluent quality. The effluent can meet the demand of rehydration water quality of industrial circulating cooling water.
