【摘要】：隨著社會進步,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷提高,人們改善生態(tài)環(huán)境的能力和范圍也在不斷加大。污水處理在環(huán)境改善中占據(jù)了重要的地位,但我國污水處理行業(yè)和國外相比還較落后,自動化控制仍處于起步階段,因此,研究基于計算機控制技術(shù)的污水自動化處理過程控制系統(tǒng),具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文介紹了污水處理相關(guān)知識、污水處理工藝流程以及我國污水處理自動化控制系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢。文章對西安市第六污水處理廠的自動化控制系統(tǒng)組成結(jié)構(gòu)以及系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的主要功能、自動化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案及理念、污水廠內(nèi)重點設(shè)備的控制及信號接入方式進行了詳細說明。論文通過西安市第六污水處理廠的工藝特點及環(huán)境條件,分析了全廠工藝的自動化控制系統(tǒng),并對該廠的自動化控制系統(tǒng)、儀表系統(tǒng)的組成及設(shè)備選型情況進行了敘述,重點說明了自動控制系統(tǒng)中現(xiàn)場控制站的設(shè)置及設(shè)備控制情況,通過自控系統(tǒng)中的軟件體系實現(xiàn)了污水處理系統(tǒng)過程的數(shù)據(jù)采集、控制、顯示,以及異常報警、日常報表打印等功能。對其中涉及的工藝控制顯示、事件驅(qū)動和報警、操作窗口功能、生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)監(jiān)控、設(shè)備運行參數(shù)監(jiān)測、工藝參數(shù)設(shè)定等進行了分析。
[Abstract]:With social progress, economic development, people's living standards constantly improving, people's ability and scope to improve the ecological environment are also increasing. Sewage treatment plays an important role in environmental improvement. However, the sewage treatment industry in our country is still relatively backward compared with foreign countries, and the automation control is still in its infancy. Therefore, the paper studies the sewage automation process control system based on computer control technology. This paper introduces the related knowledge of sewage treatment. The research status and development trend of sewage treatment automation control system in China. This paper introduces the structure of automatic control system of Xi'an 6th sewage treatment plant and the main functions of the system. The design scheme and concept of the automation system, the control of the key equipments in the sewage treatment plant and the method of signal access are described in detail. The technological characteristics and environmental conditions of Xi'an 6th sewage treatment plant are introduced in this paper. The automatic control system of the whole plant process is analyzed, and the composition of the automatic control system, the composition of the instrument system and the selection of the equipment are described, with emphasis on the setting of the field control station and the equipment control situation in the automatic control system. The functions of data acquisition, control, display, abnormal alarm, daily report printing and so on are realized through the software system of automatic control system. Operation window function, production index monitoring, equipment operation parameter monitoring, process parameter setting and so on are analyzed.
