【摘要】:煉油廢水是石油煉制過(guò)程中排放的含油廢水,具有排放量大,污染物成分復(fù)雜、濃度高,含大量有毒和難生物降解污染物等特點(diǎn),直接排放會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境造成極大危害。傳統(tǒng)煉油廢水處理工藝為“隔油-氣浮-生化”的老三套工藝,技術(shù)成熟、可靠,但對(duì)廢水處理效果有限,難以達(dá)到日益提高的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí),單一的處理工藝很難達(dá)到國(guó)家和地方排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),多級(jí)組合處理工藝能根據(jù)各處理單元特點(diǎn),發(fā)揮各處理單元優(yōu)勢(shì)而避免其局限性,達(dá)到較好的處理效果,正得到越來(lái)越多的工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用。本廢水處理設(shè)計(jì)以東營(yíng)某煉油廠(chǎng)廢水處理為實(shí)例,根據(jù)對(duì)項(xiàng)目水質(zhì)特征的分析,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)刈匀粭l件、排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等因素,進(jìn)行了工藝比選、設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和運(yùn)行參數(shù)分析論證,確定了一套“隔油+渦凹?xì)飧?溶氣氣浮+MBBR+臭氧氧化+曝氣生物濾池+過(guò)濾+消毒”的組合工藝,并對(duì)工程進(jìn)行了具體的構(gòu)筑物設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)備選型。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)方案預(yù)期處理效果,該煉油廢水經(jīng)組合工藝處理后,pH為6-9,CODcr≤50 mg/L, BOD5≤10 mg/L, SS≤20 mg/L, NH4+-N5 mg/L,石油類(lèi)≤3 mg/L,揮發(fā)酚≤0.2 mg/L,硫化物≤1.0 mg/L,總氰化物≤0.5 mg/L,色度小于30倍,出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到《山東省海河流域水污染物綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(DB37/675-2007)一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及2011年修改頁(yè)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)方案,組合工藝對(duì)CODc,的預(yù)期去除率為97.5%,對(duì)SS的預(yù)期去除率為97.1%,對(duì)NH4+-N的預(yù)期去除率為92.8%,對(duì)石油類(lèi)的預(yù)期去除率將達(dá)到99.4%。該組合工藝對(duì)煉油廢水預(yù)期處理效果較好,當(dāng)水質(zhì)在一定的濃度范圍內(nèi)波動(dòng)時(shí),組合工藝具有較好的耐沖擊負(fù)荷能力,可穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,在煉油廢水處理中具有廣闊的工程應(yīng)用前景。

The technology is mature and reliable, but the effect on wastewater treatment is limited. At the same time, it is very difficult for a single treatment process to meet the national and local emission standards, and the multistage combined treatment process can take advantage of each treatment unit and avoid its limitations according to the characteristics of each treatment unit. The wastewater treatment design takes the wastewater treatment of a refinery in Dongying as an example, according to the analysis of the water quality characteristics of the project, combined with local natural conditions, discharge standards and other factors, Process comparison and selection, analysis and demonstration of design parameters and operation parameters are carried out, and a set of combined process "filtering and disinfection of MBBR ozone oxidation aerated biofilter" is determined.
