添加濕空氣對(duì)濕法脫硫凈煙氣中細(xì)顆粒物脫除性能

【摘要】:借鑒大氣環(huán)境中暖濕氣流和冷空氣交匯形成降水的原理,開展了在濕法脫硫凈煙氣中注入適量濕空氣促進(jìn)細(xì)顆粒物(PM_(2. 5))凝結(jié)長(zhǎng)大脫除的研究,數(shù)值計(jì)算了脫硫凈煙氣與濕空氣混合后的水汽過飽和度及可凝結(jié)水汽量分布特性.采用實(shí)際燃煤試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),在脫硫凈煙氣中添加濕空氣來建立細(xì)顆粒凝結(jié)長(zhǎng)大所需的過飽和水汽環(huán)境,考察了濕空氣溫濕度、添加量和脫硫凈煙氣溫度等對(duì)細(xì)顆粒物脫除的影響.結(jié)果表明:添加適量濕空氣可有效促進(jìn)濕法脫硫凈煙氣中PM_(2. 5)脫除,混合氣體過飽和度、可凝結(jié)水汽量隨煙氣與濕空氣的相對(duì)濕度的升高及二者溫差的增大逐漸增加;脫除效率隨煙氣溫度的上升以及濕空氣添加量和相對(duì)濕度的增加而增加,因此添加濕空氣的方式特別適合于脫硫凈煙氣溫度較高(≥55~60℃)的場(chǎng)合.
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of the convergence of warm and wet air and cold air to form precipitation in the atmospheric environment, the study of adding a proper amount of wet air into the net flue gas of wet desulphurization to promote the removal of fine particulate matter (PMSP) condensation and growth is carried out. The water vapor supersaturation and condensable water vapor distribution characteristics after the mixing of desulfurized net flue gas and wet air are numerically calculated. The actual coal burning test platform is used. The supersaturated water vapor environment needed for fine particle condensation and growth was established by adding wet air to desulphurized net flue gas. The temperature and humidity of wet air were investigated. The effects of addition amount and flue gas temperature on the removal of fine particulate matter. The results show that the addition of proper amount of wet air can effectively promote the removal of PMSP 2.5) and the supersaturation of mixed gases in WFGD net flue gas. The amount of condensable water vapor increases with the increase of the relative humidity of flue gas and wet air and the increase of temperature difference between them, and the removal efficiency increases with the increase of flue gas temperature, the amount of wet air and the relative humidity.
