【摘要】：藥渣是中藥制藥過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的固體廢棄物,每年的產(chǎn)量高達(dá)數(shù)百萬(wàn)噸,直接丟棄不僅污染環(huán)境,還會(huì)造成巨大的浪費(fèi),探索中藥藥渣的高值利用,開(kāi)發(fā)具有高附加值的資源性產(chǎn)品極具研究意義與研究?jī)r(jià)值。中藥廢棄藥渣中含有纖維素、半纖維素、木質(zhì)素、脂肪、蛋白以及藥物活性組分等物質(zhì),通過(guò)萃取、發(fā)酵、焙燒、氣化、裂解等過(guò)程,可以得到藥物活性物質(zhì)、飼料、植物培養(yǎng)基、工程材料、燃料等,進(jìn)而應(yīng)用到醫(yī)藥、動(dòng)植物飼養(yǎng)、能源化工、環(huán)境保護(hù)和先進(jìn)功能材料等領(lǐng)域和行業(yè),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)廢棄物的二次開(kāi)發(fā),產(chǎn)生巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical residue is a solid waste produced in the pharmaceutical process of traditional Chinese medicine. The annual output is as high as several million tons. Direct disposal will not only pollute the environment, but also cause huge waste, and explore the high value utilization of the residue of traditional Chinese medicine. It is of great significance and value to develop resource products with high added value. The residue of traditional Chinese medicine waste medicine contains cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, fat, protein and active components of drugs, which are extracted, fermented, roasted, etc. In the process of gasification and pyrolysis, active substances of medicine, feed, plant culture medium, engineering materials, fuel and so on can be obtained, which can then be applied in fields and industries such as medicine, animal and plant breeding, energy and chemical industry, environmental protection and advanced functional materials, etc. In order to realize the secondary development of waste, produce huge economic benefits.
