區(qū)域水環(huán)境評價系統(tǒng)研發(fā)及應用

【摘要】:伴隨社會發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟進步,在對地下水的供需關系上,黑龍江省農(nóng)業(yè)基地、農(nóng)場、中小城鎮(zhèn)表現(xiàn)出的關系越來越密切。因為缺乏水環(huán)境保護意識,地下水的不合理利用和開發(fā)情況越來越嚴重,并伴隨工廠的不合理排放廢水、農(nóng)業(yè)耕種上化肥農(nóng)藥超標使用、居民生活用水不按規(guī)定任意排放,導致地下水水質(zhì)情況日益惡化,質(zhì)量下降,污染嚴重。因此,結(jié)合黑龍江省慶安縣各個城鎮(zhèn)及853農(nóng)場現(xiàn)狀為例進行地下水水質(zhì)環(huán)境評價,對當?shù)厮、地質(zhì)、社會經(jīng)濟、工農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行綜合分析,確定地下水受污染情況,評價地下水等級現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)所得結(jié)論提出地下水水質(zhì)保護意見,采取措施防止二次污染,改善水質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀。本文將在以下幾個方面進行研究。論文查取相關國內(nèi)外文獻,綜合目前國內(nèi)外水環(huán)境相關問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,隨著計算機的快速發(fā)展,提出了其在水環(huán)境管理上方便快捷的作用和使用趨勢。本文根據(jù)編程軟件特點,選取Visual Basic 6.0(以下簡稱VB)作為界面開發(fā)工具,根據(jù)MATLAB在數(shù)據(jù)處理上的優(yōu)勢,選取MATLAB作為處理工具,論證了二者之間可以進行無縫連接、混合編程應用的可行性,確定研究目標、技術可行性依據(jù)、系統(tǒng)完整設計步驟、主要功能實現(xiàn)方式以及所需計算機配置等內(nèi)容。論文研究獲得如下成績:利用VB編程實現(xiàn)層次分析算法,結(jié)合實際情況實現(xiàn)評價因子對水環(huán)境質(zhì)量影響權重分析;根據(jù)VB編程調(diào)用儲存在EXCEL中的數(shù)據(jù)資料,集合混合編程實現(xiàn)不同算法的水環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價,并可將評價結(jié)果可視化顯示,實現(xiàn)用戶界面管理等功能。本文以慶安縣及三江平原853農(nóng)場水質(zhì)檢測資料進行實例分析,查找相關文獻對研究區(qū)域的情況作出系統(tǒng)、綜合性論述。其中包括研究區(qū)域自然環(huán)境、社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、水資源情況等方面。區(qū)域水質(zhì)質(zhì)量評價采用內(nèi)梅羅指數(shù)法、熵權模糊綜合評價、組和權重模糊評價,得到了研究區(qū)域水質(zhì)等級現(xiàn)狀。并結(jié)合當?shù)貙嶋H情況,運用層次分析法確定各評價因子對水質(zhì)等級的影響大小。確定影響水環(huán)境質(zhì)量的主要因素,本文通過已有的水質(zhì)檢測資料進行綜合的分析,結(jié)合當?shù)貙嶋H,分析討論評價結(jié)果基本符合實情。論文最后根據(jù)當?shù)貙嶋H情況和評價結(jié)果提出可行性預防辦法和相應的防治措施,為當?shù)卣卫淼叵滤h(huán)境提出可行性參考建議。本文以混合編程為主線路建立水環(huán)境管理系統(tǒng),結(jié)合當前普遍的水質(zhì)評價方法,為水質(zhì)管理人員搭建一個計算機管理平臺。其優(yōu)勢在于方便快捷、擁有良好的操作界面、提高工作效率的特點,有利于中小型城鎮(zhèn)水環(huán)境信息系統(tǒng)管理。
[Abstract]:Along with social development and economic progress, the relationship between agricultural bases, farms, and small and medium-sized towns in Heilongjiang Province has become more and more close in terms of the supply and demand relationship for groundwater. Because of the lack of water environmental protection consciousness, The unreasonable utilization and exploitation of groundwater are becoming more and more serious, and accompanied by the unreasonable discharge of wastewater from factories, the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agricultural cultivation exceeds the standard, and the domestic water is not discharged arbitrarily according to regulations, which leads to the worsening of groundwater quality. As a result, combined with the present situation of various towns and 853 farms in Qingan County, Heilongjiang Province, the groundwater quality and environment were evaluated, and the local water level, geology, social economy, and the present situation of industry and agriculture were comprehensively analyzed. To determine the situation of groundwater pollution, to evaluate the present situation of groundwater grade, to put forward the opinions on the protection of groundwater quality according to the conclusions, and to take measures to prevent secondary pollution, To improve the water quality. This paper will study in the following aspects. The paper looks up the relevant domestic and foreign literature, synthesizes the current research status of the domestic and foreign water environment related problems, with the rapid development of the computer, According to the characteristics of programming software, Visual Basic 6.0 (hereinafter referred to as VB6.0) is selected as interface development tool. According to the advantages of MATLAB in data processing, MATLAB is selected as processing tool. It demonstrates the feasibility of seamless connection between the two, the feasibility of hybrid programming, the determination of research objectives, the technical feasibility basis, and the complete design steps of the system. In this paper, the following achievements are obtained: using VB programming to realize the AHP algorithm, combining with the actual situation to realize the weight analysis of the impact of evaluation factors on the quality of water environment; According to VB programming, the data stored in EXCEL are called, and mixed programming is used to realize the evaluation of water environment quality of different algorithms, and the evaluation results can be visualized. To realize the function of user interface management, this paper analyzes the water quality test data of Qingan County and 853 Farm in Sanjiang Plain, finds the relevant documents and makes a systematic and comprehensive discussion on the situation of the study area, including the natural environment of the research area. In the aspects of social and economic environment, water resources and so on, the evaluation of regional water quality is based on the method of Nemero index, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of entropy weight, the fuzzy evaluation of group and weight, and the present situation of water quality grade in the study area. Using AHP to determine the influence of each evaluation factor on the water quality grade, and to determine the main factors affecting the quality of water environment, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis through the existing water quality inspection data, combining with the local reality. The analysis and discussion of the evaluation results basically accord with the actual situation. Finally, according to the local actual situation and the evaluation results, the paper puts forward the feasible preventive measures and corresponding prevention measures. In this paper, a water environment management system based on mixed programming is established, which is combined with the current water quality evaluation method. The advantages of a computer platform for water quality management are that it is convenient and quick, has a good operating interface, improves the working efficiency, and is conducive to the management of water environment information system in small and medium-sized cities and towns.
