城市污水污泥催化快速熱解制備芳香烴和烯烴

【摘要】:將城市污水污泥干燥處理,在小型熱解分析系統(tǒng)中使用沸石分子篩進行催化快速熱解實驗,研究熱解條件對芳香烴和烯烴產(chǎn)率及選擇性的影響。結(jié)果表明:污泥快速熱解產(chǎn)物中,烴類物質(zhì)和含氮化合物較多,這些組分主要源自污泥中的蛋白質(zhì)和油脂成分;添加催化劑后,芳香烴和烯烴的產(chǎn)率明顯提高;在熱解溫度500℃、催化溫度600℃條件下芳香烴和烯烴的產(chǎn)率分別為24%和19%。另外,污泥中大部分的N、P、Na和K等元素依然保留在炭粉中。
[Abstract]:The municipal sewage sludge was dried, and zeolite molecular sieve was used in the catalytic rapid pyrolysis experiment in a small pyrolysis analysis system. The effects of pyrolysis conditions on the yield and selectivity of aromatic hydrocarbons and olefins were studied. The results showed that there were more hydrocarbons and nitrogen-containing compounds in the rapid pyrolysis products of sludge, which were mainly derived from the proteins and oils in the sludge. After addition of catalyst, the yields of aromatic hydrocarbons and olefins increased obviously, and the yields of aromatic hydrocarbons and olefins were 24% and 19 respectively at the pyrolysis temperature of 500 鈩,
