【摘要】：水生態(tài)承載力作為一個(gè)新的概念,其概念和內(nèi)涵目前仍處于爭(zhēng)論和探索之中。在回顧水生態(tài)承載力內(nèi)涵已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,首先闡明具有"量、質(zhì)、序"遞進(jìn)關(guān)系的水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康特征及其綜合表征因子,然后基于復(fù)合生態(tài)系統(tǒng)原理,構(gòu)建由水生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)子系統(tǒng)共同構(gòu)成、相互作用的流域復(fù)合水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以流域水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的健康為目標(biāo),基于復(fù)合水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型,提出水生態(tài)承載力概念,并解析其內(nèi)涵。流域水生態(tài)承載力具有極限性、可調(diào)性、動(dòng)態(tài)性、相對(duì)穩(wěn)定性、模糊性和不確定性等多種特征,在人類自身發(fā)展和主觀調(diào)控的共同作用下呈現(xiàn)出沿"S"型不斷增大的演化軌跡。通過(guò)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效率和優(yōu)化社會(huì)配置來(lái)降低經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)壓力,或者通過(guò)擴(kuò)充可用水資源和水環(huán)境容量來(lái)提高支撐能力,可以使水生態(tài)承載力得以提升。
[Abstract]:As a new concept, the concept and connotation of water ecological carrying capacity are still under debate and exploration. Based on the principle of compound ecosystem, the water ecosystem health characteristics and its comprehensive characterization factors are constructed, which are composed of water ecology, economy and society subsystem. On the basis of the model, the concept of water ecological carrying capacity is put forward based on the model of complex water ecosystem, aiming at the health of watershed water ecosystem. The water ecological carrying capacity of watershed has many characteristics, such as limit, adjustable, dynamic, relative stability, fuzziness and uncertainty, etc. Under the joint action of human development and subjective regulation and control, there is an increasing evolution track along the "S" pattern. By improving economic efficiency and optimizing social allocation, we can reduce economic and social pressure. Or by expanding the available water resources and water environment capacity to improve the supporting capacity, the water ecological carrying capacity can be enhanced.
