混凝法預(yù)處理魚(yú)子加工廢水的研究

【摘要】:魚(yú)子加工廢水水質(zhì)特點(diǎn)不同于一般的水產(chǎn)品加工廢水,該廢水有機(jī)物、氮磷以及鹽度含量較高。廢水直接進(jìn)行生化處理時(shí)容易在生化池內(nèi)產(chǎn)生大量的泡沫,并且容易出現(xiàn)出水氨氮升高的現(xiàn)象。廢水的鹽度較高,不僅增加了微生物的馴化難度而且還降低了生化處理的效果。在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中直接采用生化法處理時(shí)出水水質(zhì)不易達(dá)標(biāo)。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,應(yīng)強(qiáng)化魚(yú)子加工廢水的預(yù)處理。為解決直接生化處理時(shí)存在的問(wèn)題,使廢水達(dá)標(biāo)排放,論文研究了混凝法對(duì)魚(yú)子加工廢水的處理效果。論文采用了聚合氯化鋁、硫酸鋁、氯化鐵、聚合硫酸鐵四種混凝劑對(duì)青島某水產(chǎn)品加工廠(chǎng)產(chǎn)生的魚(yú)子加工廢水進(jìn)行預(yù)處理。探討了每種混凝劑的最佳pH值及投加量,分析了混凝法對(duì)COD、總磷、無(wú)機(jī)磷的去除效果,對(duì)比混凝效果確定最佳混凝劑。通過(guò)對(duì)最佳混凝劑進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn)確定各影響因素的主次關(guān)系,以及混凝的最佳條件。研究結(jié)果表明,采用氯化鐵對(duì)其進(jìn)行混凝處理的效果最好,其最佳pH值為7,最佳投加量為660mg/L,此時(shí)COD、總磷、無(wú)機(jī)磷的去除率分別為59.3%、97.7%、97.5%。氯化鐵與論文所采用的其他混凝劑相比,具有處理效果好、藥劑成本低的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。使用氯化鐵后出水中殘留的鐵能維持后續(xù)生化處理中微生物的正常生命活動(dòng),這一點(diǎn)是使用鋁鹽混凝劑所無(wú)法比擬的。根據(jù)正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,影響?hù)~(yú)子加工廢水混凝處理的各因素主次關(guān)系依次為:攪拌方式、氯化鐵投加量、pH值、沉淀時(shí)間;炷淖罴褩l件為:氯化鐵投加量為660mg/L,pH值為7,攪拌方式為快速攪拌1min,轉(zhuǎn)速為120r/min,慢速攪拌15min,轉(zhuǎn)速為80r/min,沉淀時(shí)間為30min;炷▽(duì)魚(yú)子加工廢水中COD和磷的去除效果較好,是一種高效的前處理工藝。本論文的研究結(jié)果為混凝法預(yù)處理魚(yú)子加工廢水在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The water quality of fish processing wastewater is different from that of aquatic product processing wastewater. The organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and salinity of the wastewater are high. When the wastewater is treated directly by biochemical treatment, a large amount of foam is easily produced in the biochemical tank. And it is easy to appear the phenomenon of ammonia nitrogen rising in effluent. The salinity of wastewater is high, It not only increases the difficulty of microbial acclimation, but also reduces the effect of biochemical treatment. The pretreatment of fish seed processing wastewater should be strengthened. In order to solve the problems existing in direct biochemical treatment and make the wastewater discharge up to standard, the paper studied the effect of coagulation on the treatment of fish seed processing wastewater. Four coagulants, ferric chloride and polyferric sulfate, were used to pretreat fish seed processing wastewater from a aquatic product processing plant in Qingdao. The optimum pH value and dosage of each coagulant were discussed, and the removal efficiency of COD, total phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus by coagulation method was analyzed. The optimum coagulant was determined by comparing the coagulation effect. The primary and secondary relationship of each influencing factor and the optimum coagulation conditions were determined by orthogonal test. The results showed that ferric chloride was the best coagulant for coagulating the coagulant. The optimum pH value is 7, the optimal dosage is 660 mg / L, and the removal rates of COD, TP and inorganic phosphorus are 59.3% and 97.7% respectively. Compared with the other coagulants used in the paper, ferric chloride has a good treatment effect. The advantage of low cost of the reagent. Iron residues in the effluent after the use of ferric chloride can maintain the normal life activity of microbes in subsequent biochemical treatment, which is incomparable to the use of aluminum salt coagulants. According to the results of the orthogonal test, The main and secondary relationships of the factors affecting the coagulation treatment of fish processing wastewater are as follows: mixing mode, adding amount of ferric chloride and pH value. The optimum conditions of coagulation were as follows: the dosage of ferric chloride was 660mg / L ~ (-1) pH value, the speed of stirring was 120 r / min, the speed of stirring was 120 r / min, the speed of stirring was 15 min, the rotational speed was 80 r / min, and the sedimentation time was 30 min. The removal of COD and phosphorus in fish processing wastewater by coagulation method was better. The results of this paper provide a reference for the application of coagulation pretreatment of fish seed processing wastewater in practical production.
